We stayed there for a night and give it 5 stars . Love the place , amenities , pool, dinner and breakfast

The staff are amazing. Especially the breakfast crew and the fellow that does the omelettes. Rooms are spacious and clean and the property and pools are beautifully maintained. Where the place falls down unfortunately is food. If you want a sandwich or snack you literally have to go to your room and order room service. The rooms are a ten minute walk from the pool. The restaurant does not have sandwiches only large meals. Sandwich menu is cheese or tuna. Seriously? Supposed five star restaurant won't provide the guest with a basic sandwich - no, go to your room. So you sit in your room and have your food and never eat in the hotel again other than breakfast. When the hotel is a taxi ride away from any other food option this is a failure of management to capitalise on a revenue stream. People will pay for food service by the pool... And frankly if I walk into reception or a restaurant and ask for a sandwich at any five star hotel they will make it happen. They do not say "go to your room"

The hotel is perfect. Clean and huge rooms with super bathroom and dressing area. Silence and can be rest all time. Breakfast is great. Very Good beach and clear sea you can swim pleasure .All staff are very friendly polite helpful. Staff prepare tour seat with towel on the beach and swimming pool.Restaurant for dinner is also very well delicious meals with good service. You can feel quality and luxury in this hotel.If I come to 🇹🇳 I will stay this hotel. The local people says it is the best in Tunusia. Thank you everything 🙏🙏

One issue is the bed is on a 6” platform which can be a issue at night

A very nice room with a sea view. Beautiful sandy beach (swept and rolled to perfection) and glorious sea. My only criticisms were that the bath towels were very small for a 5 star hotel, and that the restaurant food (buffet) whilst plentiful, was a bit short on seasoning or flavour. And who wants Nescafé for breakfast?

Breakfast is basic , as you find in other hotels less expensive hotels . Everything else is perfect

Very good stay. Rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is great. Lacks entertainment in the evening tough.

L'hôtel est superbe, très propre, calme. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et on en devient presqu' amis, tellement ils sont gentils. Les chambres sont très confortables, sauf les sièges de la terrasse qui sont très peu confortables et hyper bruyantes au moindre déplacement. Je n'ai pas aimé aussi les petits oiseaux qui viennent picorer sur l'étal des petits déjeuners. Je n'hésiterais pas à revoir dans cet hôtel. Brigitte et Thierry
