This property is amazing! Each villa has a huge pool, hot tub, and access to an amazing restaurant which delivers directly to you. The food was amazing! The views of the Caldera are out of this world right from your villa! All the staff are eager to help and Naya helped us with any questions and arranged spots to visit, eat, and transportation. I highly recommend for any family or a romatic getaway.

We had an amazing stay at the Santorini Princess Presidential Suites. The Villa was spacious, clean and very comfortable to be in throughout. The provate outdoor Jacuzzi and Pool were perfectly accompanied by sets of sun loungers and outdoor tables to enjoy the absolutely perfect views of the Sea and is a perfect place to enjoy relaxing and private time enjoying the surroundings. The service was excellent - efficient, kind, above an beyond. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to our villa each morning and staff even helped with a food delivery order in the evening when we had communication issues trying to order. The Santorini Princess Presidential Suites is the perfect choice of accommodation for couples and groups of friends alike to enjoy a luxurious, comfortable and chilltime together in a private setting. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying again when back in Santorini. Soggiorno meraviglioso! La villa è bellissima e molto pulita. La colazione è strepitosa e ci si sente davvero coccolati. Molto comodo avere il parcheggio. La piscina e l'idromassaggio sono una chicca! Siamo stati davvero bene e speriamo di poter tornare in futuro.

Truly magical. Staff so helpful with arranging travel and reservations. All meals delivered outdoor dining in your villa or beautiful dining arrangement at the lobby. All the food delicious. Super kid friendly. Great way to have privacy and a little slice of heaven all to yourself. Can’t wait to come back

We spent 4 nights at the Santorini Princess Presidential Suites and have nothing but positive comments to share. Each and every staff member is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need or could want. Natasa and Constantina are especially helpful in providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, and booking all of your reservations including transportation. They make planning your dream trip to Santorini effortless! We left Santorini Princess Presidential Suites with our hearts full and feeling like we have new family. We highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding Experience. Excellent service. Captivating view. Beautiful Villa

This was an amazing experience. If I could rate the staff a 10 I would. Haven’t seen customer svc like this anywhere! We loved the privacy of the individual villas. Great restaurants within 5-15 min drive. And the views….some of the best on the island. Natasa was incredible. I wish I remembered all the names but we would def stay here again when visiting Santorini.

Amazing time and experience. Natasa and staff were very welcoming and gave us 5 star treatment. From the time we walked in to check out. Excellent place to visit with a family. Hotel rooms had every thing and top notch room service. Food, service and view were spectacular! Highly recommend.

We had a spectacular stay at the Santorini Princess. The staff and team did an excellent job and the service was outstanding. The Villa itself was so creatively done architecturally and from a layout standpoint. The views of the Caldera are breathtaking. The food was wonderful and the hottub and pool were great. The little differences on the service and the attitude put it over the top

Everything was wonderful!

This was without a doubt the best vacation stay we’ve ever had. Situated along the north edge of the southern crescent of Santorini, it was a short car ride to everything. We had a perfect view of the caldera, Fira and Oia. Noise was minimal in the area, and the relative absence of nighttime lights made for great stargazing. The staff was incredible and took care of our every need. They accommodated all of our requests, from arranging transport to securing restaurant reservations. The room service staff was always prompt and courteous. The food was delicious, with a complimentary breakfast (served poolside at our private villa) with tons of options, and a long menu for lunch and dinner. We chose to ‘eat in’ for quite a few meals, due to the great selection, amazing view, no crowds, and welcoming staff – we never wanted to leave! The villa itself was incredible, with three large, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own full bath. There was a well-pointed gym on the lower level, with a treadmill, free weights and a weight machine to get in a quick workout before beginning the day. The best part of all was the backyard/patio area. There were two dining areas, and four comfortable lounge chairs. But the piece-de-resistance was without a doubt the pool and hot tub. While it was very hard to leave at the end of our four-night visit, we hope to be able to stay with them again someday!

We had an amazing stay. The service was incredible. Our villa had a million dollar view and was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff helped with dinner reservations and tours. Fabulous breakfasts, cooked to order, were served each morning at a time of our choosing by friendly staff. We used only 2 of the 3 bedrooms and both had incredible sea views.

This place is one of the kind! we came for our honeymoon and the views are amazing from each villa. The staff goes above and beyond, they deserve a medal! It’s away from all the riff raff which makes a nice peaceful sleep. They provide their own taxi service free of charge who will take you anywhere you want to go on the island no questions asked! I highly recommend these Villas.

The villas are so beautiful and the view is out of this world. We had seen the pictures on the website when booking but nothing prepares you for the actual view when you get there. The food was amazing and so fresh and by far the best thing about this place is the customer service. It was absolutely incredible. I would definitely return again.
