The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details.

Excellent location. Staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were truly apartments with full kitchens and laundry en suite. Overall a great place we’d go back to, though I must say the layout of the buildings is quite strange and difficult to navigate.

Great apartment, too bad we were there for only one night. Apartment was well equipped and super clean. One of the best rental of our trip. The location is perfect and with the big advantage of a free parking. Would recommend strongly for visiting Killarney and the area

Great location for us, nice to have a kitchen, laundry. Beds were very comfortable, slept well. Wi-Fi was weak.

Booked 1 bed standard appt as photos on site show nice spacious bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen. Reality is bedroom is so small that gap between bottom of bed and wall is about 15cm and room is angled so corner of bed is up against wall. One person needs to climb over the other to get bin and out of bed. Door can’t open fully because bed is in way. Likewise need to squeeze sideways into en-suite because small gap between sink and door. Also Only 1 of 4 downlighters worked in en-suite, 2 of 3 in bathroom and one in the lounge area was hanging down and flickering. There is a small round table with 2 chairs in the kitchen area and not the much larger rectangular table and chairs in the photos. I questioned the discrepancy between the photos on the site and reality and was told the pictures were of the penthouse despite being attached to standard room. Strangely there is a 2nd small section single bedroom in the 1 bed spot, which is just as well as the main bedroom doesn’t have any floor space other than standing room one side of bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had a huge apartment. Two full bedrooms with a long hallway, kitchen/sitting area with washer dryer combo and two full bathrooms. Great space. Fortunate that hotel staff member was out front when we pulled in as it’s confusing how to drive in and park in, but all very secure. Electricity was iffy with heating hot water tank and charging things, otherwise great stay!

We had a very nice apt on the 3rd floor with a view of the mountains. Very little furniture, but had everything we needed. The Apt was centrally located making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Lovely spacious apartment with balcony. Location brilliant at end of High Street. Parking available too. A really good base and lots to do in Killarney. Would recommend.

Great location and over all good accommodations. The bedrooms are very tight but the overall size of the apartment is good.

Great location to walk downtown. The only thing you have to check in by 6 PM was rushing to get to the apartments to check in.

Sauberes Appartment und sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Unser Zimmer war allerdings sehr hellhörig und die feiernden Nachbarn konnte man leider viel zu gut hören- insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durch die tolle Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße trotzdem eine tolle Unterkunft

Great rooms and central location was perfect

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The bedrooms and living area were quite large. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a basic meal. And there’s a small grocery store on the street level that is very handy. And the location is great - extremely close to restaurants and bars. However, the unit is old and very dated. It needs a refresh. The furnishings were very sparse. The shower stall was tiny - which made it hard to shower. The shelf over the sink was not level so things rolled off if you weren’t careful. And the veneer was peeling off the door.

Great location and well equipped apartment, with washer and nice kitchen. Staff were helpful and parking was easy.
