Lovely hotel with a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with a sparkling bathroom and everything just as you would want it. Varied and plentiful breakfast. We also used the restaurant for an evening meal and the food we ordered was delicious, an excellent live saxophonist playing as we ate. Will definitely return.

Good value all round

The room was wonderful. The food was good and the staff were always helpful, friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a little old fashioned and the shower had to be hand held. However, this was not really a problem. Everything else was so good, that honestly, a tiny problem like that was nothing really. Would come again to this lovely hotel.

Only negative was cold water in rooms was not cold. It was a bit far from the bus station but very near a beach and sea lido. The swimming pool was warm and so was the room it was in. It was open long hours so was convenient and not too busy.

Zeer vriendelijk en hulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt. Over het geheel een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het eigen restaurant was goed.

We loved the place close to the sea and beach. Breakfast was great as well. Would most definitely recommend to other people.

Hotel was lovely and staff were amazing

Breakfast and staff servings are amazing. Staff overall are friendly. Good place of stay. Highly recommendable. Had issues with parking but staff manages this alright.

Sul mare, si può andare a piedi nel centro della capitale, vicino al porto (5 min in macchina). Parcheggio per l’auto. Strategica per visitare l’Isola. La mia camera un poco particolare .. piano terra con apertura luce dal soffitto, ristrutturata recentemente, molto confortevole.

Stayed at this property 10 years ago and did so once again. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop nearby if one doesn't want to walk 15 minutes into St. Helier. Rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. Nice area to lock up a bike, too.

The staff were very nice and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good with plenty of tasty options. However, the room was old and definitely in need of refurbishment. We had a family room where the lighting was poor, there was no fridge, and the bathtub was leaking.

The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging so we didn’t have to move rooms for our extra night stay so thank you ☺️

Très bon séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, bien placé, bien desservi par les bus, la piscine est un plus et le restaurant de l'hôtel très bien. Je recommande !

Room was comfortable and airy. Food was exceptional. Buffet style breakfast and evening meals had plenty of choice. Staff were polite and helpful and always smiling. The bus stops right outside and it is across the road from a beautiful beach
