거의 모든게 완벽했습니다! 중간에 수영장 관련 소음이 있었지만 프론트에서 해결해주었어요.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ L’Avra Imperial Hotel est un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles de luxe et un véritable coup de cœur. Tout est exceptionnel : les installations, les piscines, la restauration et surtout la qualité du service. Le personnel est remarquable, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible. Chaque demande est traitée rapidement avec professionnalisme, ce qui donne le sentiment d’être privilégié tout au long du séjour. La formule All Inclusive est sans doute l’une des meilleures que nous ayons connues : tout est réellement inclus, sans restriction, avec des boissons de qualité, d’excellents cocktails internationaux et un service à table même au buffet. Les boissons sont servies dans de vrais verres élégants , un détail qui reflète le standing de l’établissement. La restauration est exceptionnelle. Le buffet est varié, renouvelé en permanence et d’une qualité remarquable. Les restaurants à la carte, accessibles en illimité sur réservation, offrent également une expérience gastronomique de haut niveau. Mention spéciale à la pâtisserie, absolument incroyable tant par sa qualité que par sa diversité. L’hôtel convient parfaitement aux couples comme aux familles. Les enfants s’amusent énormément tandis que les adultes profitent d’un cadre élégant, calme et reposant. Un véritable havre de paix que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Hôtel au top. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Mais je pense qu'en haute saison l'hôtel doit être très bruyant.

Nice resort overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of selection. The loungers by the main pool are hard with no cushions. Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside.

There is no real housekeeping there

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. Tout le personnel a été serviable et bienveillant, notamment le personnel de ménage et du restaurant qui ont toujours été très agréables, serviables, au petit soin. Nous avons un enfant et c'est appréciable d'avoir le sentiment d'être bien accueilli, avec toujours une attention pour lui. Les piscines sont sublimes, on avait une chambre avec piscine privée mais en réalité elle ne nous a pas été utile tellement les piscines de l'hotel étaient top. Un remerciement spécial à Katarina au spa et à Toufir au service du restaurant qui ont été adorables, des personnes qui rendent le séjour encore meilleur. On espère revenir très vite.

Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was great - the staff were very friendly, the room and hotel was super clean, and the food was tasty as well. We can't complain and will return.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! I loved the spa, the pool and had the best night sleeps! It is a shame that the main restaurant does not serve a real espresso from ground coffee beans as it would have been nice to enjoy a good cup of coffee with the wonderful breakfast, but despite this, I will happily return to the hotel

Alles perfekt, nichts zu bemängeln nur die lage rundherum des hotels, leider viel zu abgelegen/abgeschieden.. bis zum zentrum chania ist es eine halbe stunde mit dem auto weit weg…

Excellent Service. Excellent resort and facilities. Great selection of food, very clean rooms, tidy pool areas. Very friendly and accommodating staff from the reception to the dining areas. An excellent resort to relax in comfort. Will visit again. Deserves its 5 star rating.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Tolles Hotel, die Pools, das Essen, das Personal, die Zimmer.. Im „Ort“ ist nicht viel los, aber man kommt sehr gut mit dem Bus nach Chania. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. :)

Alles in allem ein super Hotel für Entspannung.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property was well maintained and beautiful. The staff from housekeeping, bar, concierge, wait staff to front desk were fantastic. They all went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and valued. Thank you all for an enjoyable time.

Gebuchtes Zimmer wurde nicht gegeben, Differenz wurde nicht erstattet. Wasser nicht aufgefüllt, minibar wurde nicht aufgefüllt Lunch war im Residenz Bereich nicht verfügbar, Zimmer Service 3€ pro Bestellung und das alles trotz all inclusive! Schrecklich! 15.000€ dafür dass man nicht mal Wasser bekommt. Eines nachts stand Zimmer Türe einfach offen, direkt Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, seit über 10 Tagen keine Antwort warum!!

Great hotel with many facilities. Lots of pools, nice spa, great gym and nice grounds. The restaurants are good and many options. Unfortunately they don’t label the foods in the buffet well. This makes it hard for vegans, people with allergies etc, I am sure they could do a little better on this!
