I booked two days and only stayed a day and they refused to refund me for the day i didnt stay. Breakfast contained pork so i could only eat bread….

All electronic exercise equipment was not operational.

Noisy guests.

Bathrooom sink backed up everyday. Parking lot with potholes, on a busy road and could hear semi's all night long. Overall, staff were courteous and helpful. I stayed 5 days. Id stay there again, but ask for other side of hotel away from road for better sleep.

I chose this hotel as it had a pull-out sofa bed which was needed, but it was more or less just springs. The room needed repairs - bathroom door didn't want to close and the closet door wouldn't close so the entry door would bang into it every time you went into the room. I know you get what you pay for, but I did expect a little better. The breakfast eggs also tasted like they were made from powder.

Broken baseboard, mirror and tv in my room. Parking lot and street in terrible shape. I will say the staff were friendly and helpfu in recommending a gym since theirs was clos d for remodeling. Too many options to stay there again

No pool the gym was no function and was under construction

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I rented this room specifically because I needed to take a shower because my bathroom is being renovated at home. The shower was terrible. The water just dribbled out. Also, when I checked out, the staff at the desk was not friendly or personable at all. I had to initiate the conversation and was not greeted.

Hotel was good for our two nights in Lawerence.

Front desk Theresa very accommodating. Clean quiet place for a night's sleep.

Be aware - there is no dresser or shelf in this hotel rooms! There were three hangers and one luggage rack in the room, how do we unpack for three of us?? Towels were mix and match patterns. Rooms were newly remodeled, but everything was cheap and rough made. We stayed 4 nights and I had bug bites all over my back. Not sure it was from bed bugs or what.

Very nice place. My room was huge!! Fresh lemon ice water and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. Very easy access to I-70 and downtown.

We had a great time. Loved traveling.

Staff was incredible -however amenities need much fixing- gym equipment didnt work and out of date, had to switch out the ac unit in our room- tv remotes didn't work, water pressure was minimal- not near any food or convenient stores - that being said was VERY quiet!
