The room was awesome. Clean. Had everything we needed. The hot tub jets were not working but we used it for a bit. The staff were great. Knowledgeable and helpful. I need to mention breakfast is NOT included with your stay. 18.00$ but so worth it!!!

While the gym had very limited equipment and no hot tub in the pool area, the hotel itself was very nice. The staff were friendly and professional, and I appreciated the garage parking.

It took 3 hours and 8 phone calls to receive the pre-authorized credit card form by email so we could check in. We were made to wait for no reason. I had to call headquarters and have a general manager contact the front desk before they finally sent it to me. The daytime staff were very rude. However, the nighttime staff were friendly, helpful, and polite.

Ok room but security was breaking int the room next to us. Thumping The door and shouting at 6 in the morning. Ridiculous.

Everything was good except paying for parking per night seemed high as well as the buffet was a sit down buffet. We were rushed in the am and just wanted to grab and go, you had to order food, couldn't take it from the buffet even though it was the same stuff.

Went to Saskatoon to get a surgery done and the mobility access room was awesome for space

Room was decent size, clean and cozy. Front desk staff was excellent! Not a fan of the breakfast. The scrambled eggs from a carton were not good, for $18 per person, the breakfast should be better. This type of breakfast is offered free at lower quality hotels. The bacon was spot on though.
