Værelset var ikke stort, men typisk for området. Et stort plus var aircon anlægget, da det var meget varmt. Hotellet er lidt slidt, men på en charmerende måde. Beliggenhed kan man ikke klage over, da det ligger på gågaden i Erlon, Reims. Og der er parkeringskælder lige ved siden af. Der er mange restauranter på gågaden og alt er indenfor fint gå-afstand. Vil klart bruge hotellet en anden gang.

Awesome period building in very centre of Reims. Been using it for over 40yrs! Loved all the upgrades & refurbs. Very happy to have air con this year (phew) Would be helpful if every room had a small fridge- hit & miss at mo. Still love the place- whatever

Rooms definitely need to be updated. Rest of the hotel is dated but not untidy. Things like the shower head hanging off and the toilet cistern constantly running we’re annoying. Just needs some money spent on maintenance

The hotel was excellent value. Old school, which we liked. The bed was very comfy and for being right in the centre of Reims, it was very quiet. We loved the courtyard, although it could use some TLC, but that didn't stop us from using it and enjoying our time there.

We were given a room that was dirty, toilet leaked and the sink didn't work properly. Was moved to a newer room on the 5th floor.

This hotel is conveniently located to a walking tour of town, with many interesting medieval sights. There were unavoidable stairs: partially due to crowding of permanent sidewalk storefronts, and a seeming inability to keep the outside door closed on the elevator. This made a 4th stage room a hike. Minimalist breakfast is adequate.

The staff was very good. The area was perfect. The room was fine. They only had liquid soap and no face clothes. Toilet papier was small and there was no Kleenex. The bathroom began to smell our last day like sewage but there was nothing wrong with the shower or toilet. It just needs a little more attention

Great hotel in centre of Reims. Ideal for overnight stay and plenty of choice for dining and shopping near by. Dog friendly as well. Great breakfast.

The hotel is just in a walking distance from Reims train station. The room is small but has all the needed amenities.

Broken shower door, broken and taped together AC unit, shower was either hot water, or water pressure - not both. Cramped elevator for 2. 3 star rating is pushing it about 2 above what it should be.

Simple but tasty breakfast, staff friendly, parking in underground nearby was straightforward.

The rooms are small; shower is very small and has fluctuating water temperature. The towels are hard.

The room was clean and the sheets and towels were clean. The room was VERY small and inconvenient. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom.
