Was put in an accessible room and that would be ok but, toilet was loose, shower was missing one head and the other would not stay up not to mention the spray was horrible. Light in the entry flickered like a horror movie

Hotel room was very comfortable.Staff was very helpful.

Please check the Netflix account in room 110. One profile has “Go F**k Yourself” as profile name. I was not impressed.

Ice machine was broken, breakfast was so-so, not all food options were available.

Great and friendly customer service.

The bread was moldy, the milk expired and the cream cheese was left out instead of being refrigerated. The juice machine was out of service and the coffee was cold. The continental breakfast was very poorly run and made me sceptical of any food they had there. The fridge did not work and put water all over the floor. The parking lot was plowed but not shovelled. I should not have to step through deep snow to get to the front door 2 days in a row. I slip and fell by the posts on the overhang due to snow build up and it melting and then the cold temperatures showing up again. Room was clean and staff friendly but not well run.

The hotel is very old and run down. The room had a very old and stagnant smell. The cupboards in the kitchen part to our room came off the hinges when we opened them. Half the plugs in the room did not work. In the bathroom along the bath tub was full of thick dirt that did not look like it had been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was not great! Drink machines were broken and juice jugs in fridge were all empty.

Room smelled stale. Breakfast hash browns were luke warm.

The toilet in room 112 was not firmly attached to the floor, other than that everything was good.

Upkeep outside would have been great, but inside was great. Nice to have breakfast everyday and staff was very friendly

No complaints, was a great and easy stay!

My stay was good, but it was the most uncomfortable, noisy bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Whenever I tried to turn over, it was unbelievably noisy.
