The mattresses were comfortable. The hvac system was noisy & not very responsive.

I was there for three nights. On our 2nd morning at 9:00 one of the male housekeepers came in our room. Did not knock or anything. It wasn’t even close to check out time plus we were not leaving until the NEXT day. Why was this man entering our room. All he could say was so sorry. I do not think he understood English. Figures. We spoke to the front desk and all they wanted to do was offer us a free bottle of juice. Like that will just make it ok. They are lucky I didn’t call the police. We left a day early and I really hope Hotels.com will make this right. We will see. This man had no business at all coming into our room while we’re were half asleep. Unless he was looking for something.

They were very helpful to make accommodations in unfortunate circumstances.

How clean the rooms were and friendly staff

The bathrooms were dirty stuff was broken the beds were very uncomfortable it was not maintained properly for being a hotel I’m very disappointed in this stay! I will never book there again!!!

No elevator OR anyone to help us elderly get our suitcases up the steep staircase. Very hard and dangerous. We almost fell down the stairs helping each other. We had a smoking room but when we asked for a drain stop for the tub and an ashtray, we had to again go down the stairs and fetch it ourselves. No help or courtesy. We will never again trust a cheap stinky Rodeway. Not ever worth it. They are all garbage. And not even crappy coffee.

Staff was upset I booked room online because she lost money. I didn’t think that was my problem nor did I need to feel bad about it.

Slept well

Called at 5:23 to cancel reservation and was told that had to be done by 4! That's the check in time! I booked because I wasn't sure if I could get up my road because of the major snow storm. When I was able I called right away. There was no mention of this policy during the booking process.

I was here 6 days ago and got a downstairs room that was booked thru Expedia. I booked again since stay was nice before. I got an upstairs room (booked again thru Expedia). This time I had to haul my oversized suitcase upstairs and had to make two trips. No elevator. Even though all the rooms show no smoking, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Bedspread had burn holes in it. If I wasn’t so tired from driving 12 hours and wanted to haul my stuff downstairs I would complain. I will mention it upon checkout.
