Room was old, mattress bad, old bathroom, small room, entry through restaurant. Will not stay again.

The best thing about the Wyndham Costa del Sol is its excellent location, just a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas, as well as having other shops and restaurants just outside the door. The hotel is well-staffed, and they were always happy to help with anything you need. The property is nice, especially the courtyard. The rooms are nice enough, I do think they can upgrade the bathroom which looks a bit dated and does not have the best hot/cold water control. Overall, a great property for the value.

This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing like at our first stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great and the distance to the main square is unbeatable.

Great location, close enough to the fun and action of Plaza de Armas, but far enough from all the noise. It’s a beautiful place. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is also delicious with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Cusco.

Sehr guter Service. Grosse Zimmer, sauber und schön gemütlich. Frühstück war sehr gut und auch schon ab 04:30Uhr. Perfekt um früh nach Machu Picchu zu fahren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit und die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist top!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We did an in room massage that was perfect. Our room, bedding and shower was great. We did stay in a room with a balcony that was on the main road, which is a bit loud. Location was excellent and easy to walk to anything you need.

We only stayed here for one night but having air conditioning and complimentary oxygen because we were not feeling the greatest due to the altitude definitely helped. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff made sure you had everything you needed for your stay. Would stay here again.

Very nice location and super breakfast

The hotel is beautiful. It has 2 "wings": a historic 17th century area and new multi floor building, both connected. Booking doyble or triple bed rooms puts you in the old wing, where rooms are larger with more charm and more amenities (like a full closet or a stand for your suitecase). The single bed rooms in the new wing are very small, hardly with space to turn around, so select wisely. Restaurant is good, breakfast selection was great. Location is fantastic!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Costa del Sol Cusco! The rooms were really spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything felt really clean and well maintained. The staff were incredible, so helpful and welcoming! The location really can't be beat, we loved being so central. Having a home base right in the middle of everything made such an impact on how much we were able to enjoy the city, especially as we acclimated to the altitude. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is at the center of Cusco. The building and decoration inside are very classic. The room is big and clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend to other travelers.

Me hospedé en este hotel dos veces en mi viaje a Cusco. Del 6 al 8 de mayo y del 9 al 11 de mayo. En ambas reservas canjee una noche "de regalo" y pude observar una animadversión de la persona que me atendió en el mostrador, al grado que habiendo pedido en cada caso una habitación en piso alto, con vista, en la primera reserva me asignaron una habitación oscura en una especie de sótano, con vista a la cocina, cosa que me pareció bajo, por el monto del pago que se hizo, aún considerando la noche "de regalo", la cual en realidad no es tal, sino un premio a la condición de viajero frecuente.

Quarto muito pequeno, sem ventilação, com um banheiro pequeno e um chuveiro horrível!! Não esquentava ou ficava muuuito quente e literalmente caíam 4 pingos de água. Não saía água direito do chuveiro. O barulho é absurdo, as quatro da manhã um funcionário foi até o quarto ao lado para acordar uma hóspede e acordou o corredor inteiro com certeza. Não descansei. Experiência horrível. Não recomendo. A parte boa, mas em todos os hotéis de Cusco são assim, guardam tuas malas antes e depois da hospedagem se precisar… e o café da manhã é ok.

The staff here is amazing! Helped us find great places to eat and an amazing store for Alpaca items. The breakfast was great. Rooms are clean and spacious. You are close to everything. Highly recommend
