Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better. Overall I will say that I have great time here.

Delicious breakfast, excellent location, comfortable bed, excellent room service with water and snacks

駅に近く、とにかく便利です。 室内も効率よく設計されていて、使いやすかったですし、きれいでした。 スタッフも親切でした。 お部屋（Junior Suite）からマッターホルンが見え、景観は最高でした。

오전 12시 전에 도착했는데 바로 방을 배정해 줘서 좋았고, 객실도 좋고 사과도 3개 있어서 좋고, 조식도 좋고 사우나도 좋고. 전반적으로 좋았음. 다만, 커피 머신이 있는 대신 커피 포트가 없어서 차를 마시지 못해서 아쉬웠음

The property was lovely! Conveniently located a short distance from the train station, the hotel was charming and well-kept. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful and gracious and the restaurants and dining were excellent. We did arrive during a rare heat wave the and the air-conditioning was nowhere near cool enough. But the staff provided a fan, and I imagine heat is not a frequent problem in Zermatt!

Spent three nights at this hotel in Zermatt. Very nice hotel, close to train station, bus stop, and shopping. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel was very lovely. Would definitely stay again here.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were attentive and caring, overall it was very good, and the bed was comfortable.

Great room, great staff, great breakfast. Our ONLY complaint was room temperature was too hot for sleep! No A/C so you have to leave window and door to balcony open which allows light and street noise. Apparently this issue is common in Zermatt but that doesn’t make it any better. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was insanely clean and organized, the staff was exceptional!!! We stayed 2 nights and the morning breakfast was fabulous. I would highly recommend the hotel bar for a nightcap. The work out room and pool was a bonus! Private balcony topped off the stay.

Excellent location , rooms were absolutely cleaned and Breakfast was amazing .

Very nice facility centrally located. We could walk to everything we need. Only yards away from train. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Only negative is construction site next to the facility but it had no effect on us

Hotel muito bem localizado. Staff muito gentil e atento aos detalhes. Hotel sofisticado, bem decorado e com um atendimento impecável principalmente por conta do staff do café. Quarto amplo, banheiro com um excelente chuveiro. Variedade excelente no café.
