Great staff, especially Miss Madeleine. Excellent staff. About the room, I honestly had a bad experience because they didn't change my sheets. The worst thing was that I had been sick and I had to get on an IV and I bled a little in the sheets. And with those same stained sheets, they made my bed the next day. Overall, The front desk staff are excellent.

What each room costs doesn't deserve it! It need to renew bathrooms!

The location of the hotel is very good, close to plaza central and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I would like to extend my thanks to the young ladies at the reception, they are very professional and friendly. I requested to change my room for a room with shower as o have a mobility issue, they changed it with no issues, I gave really appreciated the communication and service during the process.

Although I have not been to the pool or the sauna or the hot tub, I can say that this hotel is magnificent. The breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices. The hotel staff is very helpful and cordial, from the entrance to the front desk personnel and the housekeeping staff; they are all very friendly. They helped me get taxis, copy papers, and even provided me with a needle and thread that I needed. They have laundry services, and the clothes can be pressed, folded, or put on hangers, your choice. I turned in some clothes in the morning, I arrived late in the evening, and my clothes were already in the closet in my room.
