Gesamtfazit: 3/5 Sterne Das Hotel hat Potenzial, leidet aber aktuell (Stand September 2025) stark unter einer Großbaustelle direkt nebenan – ganztägig Presslufthämmer, Bagger, Kranalarme und Generatorlärm. Abends ruhig, tagsüber keine Erholung möglich. Personal: Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und meist gut organisiert. Luggage Room allerdings ungesichert. Bar-Team sympathisch, aber unterbesetzt. Reinigung solide, aber nicht gründlich – Balkon kaum geputzt. Restaurantpersonal oft gestresst, langsam und unkoordiniert. Essen & Getränke: Große Auswahl, aber fast alles kalt – selbst beim Live-Cooking. Frühstück mit guten Backwaren und frischem Omelett, ansonsten lauwarm. Kaffee aus Automaten wässrig, Kapselkaffee besser. Gesunde Auswahl begrenzt. Viele Cocktails nicht inklusive, aber 50 % Rabatt. Zimmer: Kleines, einfaches Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Bequemes Bett, großer Balkon mit Meerblick, Regendusche. Leider einige Mängel: lose Steckdosen, offene Schrauben, keine Tür zum Bad, Dusche laut, Wasser läuft ins Bad. Spa: Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Sauna dunkel, Dampfbad unhygienisch, Pool aber sauber. Positiv: Lage direkt am Strand, freundliches Personal, schöner Balkon. Negativ: Baustellenlärm, kaltes Essen, Serviceprobleme, veralteter Spa. Erst wieder empfehlenswert, wenn die Bauarbeiten beendet sind.

We stayed 12 nights at Alegria Mar with the all-inclusive option and checked out today. Our room with a sea view was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. A special thanks to Mateos and Jessica, the waiters who made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Very friendly check-in and the room and hotel are in great condition. I like the area as it’s walkable to a lot. It’s hard to dislike anything other than perhaps the price.

Nous avons séjourné en demi pension ,le buffet est très varié et surtout très bon , Le personnel a l accueil est très sympathique et compréhensif. Notre seul petit bémol ,le ménage dans les chambres est fait trop tard ,à 13h30 toujours pas faites ,et comme nous sommes remontés en chambre ,elle n a jamais été faite .

For dinner, beverages including water are not included. Beach towel have a 10 Euro deposit each. Room safe’s are 5 Euro a day plus deposit. They are very strict on meal times. They close off dining room between meals.

mooi rustig hotel met supermooi uitzicht en goed eten en goede airco, wilde paar dagen bijboeken maar zat helemaal vol dat zegt genoeg denk ik, echt een aanrader !

Location was excellent for beach access. Meals were of very high quality and good value with a great range of choices. The hotel was immaculately clean. All staff were highly motivated, friendly and helpful. The room was well proportioned and comfortable with a great shower. The pool was small for the size of hotel and the outside area was cramped unless you went to the (busy) beach. I would definitely go again.

Parfait établissement au top

L’hôtel est situé en face de la mer. Le personnel est au top. Notre chambre ne nous plaisait pas. Le lendemain, nous avons changé de chambre. Les repas sont excellents (petites verrines individuelles, show cooking, les viandes et les poissons sont très bons, desserts variés). Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The stuff we’re very polite and helpful. Food quality was very good, too. The view from the apartment was awesome.

Very pleasant stay, all staff very polite and helpful as we are disabled. My wife suffers from chronic neuropathic pain, and couldn't get over the comfort of the bed. she slept like a baby every night. We will definitely be back again.

Lhotel a mal vieillis, le neccessaire n’est plus fait correctement, ma mere sest fait piquer par une punaise de lit, 60€ de medecin, la reponse de lhotel, aucune le directeur fait l’autruche, et se cache. Un bruit abominable, demande de changement de chambre, les conditions des autres chambres restantes encore plus bruyante que l’ancienne. Vraiment une tres mauvaises experiences, je vous conseille pas. Ce qu’il les emporte cest quon paye, sans satisfaire la demande client, vreiment c’est abominable.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the evening reception staff (Miguel and a lovely young lady we didn’t catch the name of sorry!) very helpful, kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable, spa was nice and relaxing. Dining was lovely, lots of food options and the waiting staff we very helpful and kind also. It was an all round lovely, relaxing stay. This is a beautiful property situated right on Santa Susanna beach. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Food is good, but not excellent. As it is a very expensive all inclusive, we expected that it would have several different kinds of restaurants. Not a buffet style for every meal. We have gone to several all inclusives in different parts of the world, this food definitely is not top quality. The workers in the restaurant are wonderful and friendly, very hard working. The Hotel has some strange rules about where they serve their coffee and alcohol drinks. You could not get a coffee with your meals, except at breakfast, unless you walked up a full flight of stairs. They had lots of desserts…. again good but not excellent. ALL inclusive shouldn’t mean all inclusive. At the bar counter very few drinks were part of the all inclusive, just the basic alcohol drinks absolutely no fancy drinks. That is one thing that every all inclusive we’ve been at have always included. All in all, four out of five is being generous …. it really is more of a three out of five, but because of where it is situated on the beach & many of the friendly, sweet hard workers we gave it four out of five. This was our second time visiting this hotel and it certainly won’t be the last.
