Parking was easy and safe. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, nice walk to the beach. Cafes and restaurants very close by

The apartment was spacious and had extra beds if needed. It could do with a little updating. The kitchen had sufficient crockery, but not enough preparation area. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Could do a few extra electrical sockets, but overall the apartment was good.

Clean and comfortable. Right in the centre of Byron, close to everything you need. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in a studio room for three nights. Note - not all studio rooms are the same! My first night was in room 1, which is unique in having no privacy - the screen door directly faces a high traffic area next to stairs to the upper level - I had to have the curtains closed when I was in the room - and noise from people passing at all hours due to poor soundproofing. This room also had very small sinks in the bathroom and kitchenette, and a very firm bed. I complained about the noise and lack of privacy, and the hotel manager offered an alternative studio room for my remaining two nights - this was like night and day compared to the first one - more private, and with normal-sized sinks and a much more comfortable bed. Excellent location in the centre of town, clean rooms, good showers, friendly staff, and convenient free underground parking included. This is a great property for a stay in Byron, as long as you don't end up in studio room 1.

Pool was great! Air con and fan worked well. Clean apartment. Nice with laundry where uou could get extra towels. Excellent location and basement parking

Quite, proximity, parking, clean, towels etc✔️ No shampoo/conditioner or shower cap - generic liquid soap only! - we chose split level, suggest better to have bed & shower on same level

Good Location and good rooms

We arrived after hours check in on a Sunday (finishes at 2pm), and it was really easy to follow the instructions the hotel gave us. We were in room 20, which was on the corner, making it really quiet and private. It was perfect. Quiet, lovely balcony area, clean and spacious. We loved that the bedroom was upstairs. Our only slight issue was that it was very bright as soon as the sun rose, as the blinds did not block out light at all. There was a full kitchen, and there was a washing machine to use for free next to the pool. The facilities were great. Parking under the hotel was really easy and we had no issues with this. The location of the hotel was perfect. A really quick walk to a supermarket, the beach and other shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would also recommend a corner room!
