Booked months in advance, showed up to a foreign country, walked in the blistering sun to get there, the room I reserved months in advance was given away, wanted to put me only available rooms with NO A/C in the summer in Europe... Sent me to a sister hotel where I got lost going to. Many options in the area, poor communication and treatment of guests here.

Property and staff great. Central location. Front desk and security guard very helpful.

Good location & spacious room

Very clean my room was cleanned every day and towels and bedding. Hotel cafe / Bar had lovely staff and the food was very nice, the single room is quite small so only any use to solo travelling as I was but they do have bigger rooms if needed, all in all a nice spotless hotel would go again

O quarto é grande e espaçoso. Ter uma cozinha equipada é um frigobar foi essencial para economizar na alimentação que é cara na ilha. O ponto ruim é que o banheiro não tem janela, apesar de ser enorme e por isso não ficar abafado.

Bon séjour. Appartement agréable et bien situé. Personnel agréable Seul bémol pression de la douche insuffisante.

L'appartement est de taille conséquente et la cuisine est efficacement installée. Tout est propre. Nous avions pris l'option balcon qui était agréable. Claudia à l'acceuil est très adorable. Nous avions des voisins au dessus très bruyants en revanche.

Struttura moderna e pulita, con un'ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal Cafè del Mar. Asciugamani e lenzuola cambiati ogni giorno e un servizio alla reception impeccabile h 24. Consigliatissimo!

Had a great stay here at the end of August. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed - including blackout blinds and a fantastic AC unit. Great location, walking distance to everything, and it was really nice having the pool as a place to hang out and cool off during the day. Will stay here next time we’re in Ibiza for sure!

Good location, walkable to bus station, mambo etc. Room had mini stove and fridge with supermarket nearby so able to make basic meals. No hairdryer. Good a/c and a handy balcony. Communal sun loungers and a small pool were handy for chilling. In summary a great choice for a functional place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here! The location was great and very near the shops, bars and bus station. The room was cleaned with new towels every day which i appreciated. Having read the reviews i was expecting noise all night but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was after midnight! My balcony had a lovely view and the kitchen was basic but perfect for a week. My only complaint was that i had to wash up the dishes wbfote i could use them as they weren't very clean, but id expected that anyway!

The staff are all really friendly and happy to help, i had an exam while away and they suprised me with gifts as a congratulations which was absolutely lovely and meant alot. Our apartment was nice, basic but nice and spacious especially for the price, cannot complain. Pool and sunloungers clean. Would come back and recommend
