Great location, nearby metro stops. Friendly staff that stored our bags as we arrived well before check-in time. Room was very comfortable, loads of restaurants within short walking distance. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

En este caso recomiendo checar directamente con el Hostal el costo de la noche. Yo reservé a través de la aplicación y pagué 100€ más por mi estancia. Al final, lo que pagué no correspondía con el tipo de habitación que fue y los servicios. La ubicación es buena, se llega caminando a muchos sitios de interés, además hay buena oferta gastronómica a los alrededores.

Overall, I do agree with the hotel rating of 3 stars. The location of the hotel was impeccable, it was nearby all of the attractions and subway stations. But, the walls were paper thin, you could hear people showering, flushing the toilet, and my boyfriend said he could even hear someone sneezing. Also, our AC was continuously on low and we would literally sweat through our sheets. When we asked staff to check, they seemed disinterested and said that there is nothing they can do and the AC is working and “it is just this way in the summer.” Breakfast was average, but come early so you even get anything decent.

The property is in very good location, it’s easy to go everywhere, walking distance. The rooms are very small

Although rated 3 stars, this is closer to a 2.5 star hotel. However, it is convenient, clean, central and, while not luxurious, perfectly acceptable for a stay in Madrid. One thing to note: the elevator is subject to breakdowns. If you’re absolutely dependent on an elevator, take that into consideration.

El servicio al cliente es excelente , la habitación limpia y amplia , con vista bonita . Todo en general fue mejor de lo esperado y excelente! El personal en recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Súper recomendado

Lovely little hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Great aircon for warm nights. Incredibly comfy beds and fab breakfast every morning

La habitacion con una vista linda ppr su balcón, cama comoda y cuenta con un mini refrigerador, agua abundante al bañarse y limpio, lo único, el mino split no funciono miy bien, dejabamos la tarjeta puesta todo el dia para al llegar en la noche tener un poquito fresco, no sufrimos calor por la noche pero por el día era preferíble salir temprano.

Muito boa localização, está perto de tudo! O staff é muito simpático. Limpeza impecável. Bom pequeno-almoço! Recomendo!

El desayuno muy bueno , el cuarto pequeño.

La camera era ampia e ariosa, con un bell’affaccio sulla strada. Era insonorizzata. Pulizia ottima, personale gentile e disponibile e colazione abbondante. La zona era perfetta per girare a piedi in centro. L’unica pecca era la sala colazioni, un po’ piccola. L’offerta della colazione era discreta

Incrível! Hotel maravilhoso! Quarto silencioso, banheiro ótimo, com destaque para ducha forte e box, sem cortina. Quarto amplo e moderno. Muito bem localizado, próximo ao mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor... Café da manhã muuto bom tbn. Voltarei com certeza!

Great location, friendly people in the reception and nice breakfast. We could walk around in the center without using transportation. Close to Plaza Mayor and plaza de Sol. And only 10-12 minutes to walk to the wonderful park Retiro😃 Nice bed and shower.
