Front of house staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was big and comfortable and clean.

Easy parking in front of the room and cold aircon. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze and location was perfect. Within walking distance to IGA and bottle shop and a short drive to Big W and drive thru takeaway places.

Falsely advertised a room fee that included breakfast only to be told on check in that the restaurant was closed during the holidays. Also supposed to offer WIFI but the guest login wasn’t working. Neither was the room phone. Called from own phone to be told it mustn’t be working. Fixed briefly but then dropped out again. We gave up. Even the little things like a box of tissues that only had 1 tissue left and no replacement, 1 packet of complimentary biscuits instead of 2 - no care. Poor standards. Feel misled by other reviews and ripped off by the fee paid for a deal that wasn’t actually on offer.

Only toilet was down steep stairs. Other guests left very early and were noisy. Restaurant was excellent and stff were very helpful and friendly.
