Modern, clean, spacious with polite staff

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The television in the room was not working. Someone came to check it, but it was not fixed. The spa water was also cold, which was disappointing. The doors close very hard — I accidentally hurt and bruised my finger because of this. I informed reception, but nothing further happened. In addition, about an hour after breakfast, both my wife and I experienced very strong stomach problems and diarrhea, which was quite unpleasant. Just sharing this for information, as we paid the full price and expected everything to be working properly.

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Tous les locaux sont bien entretenus. Nombreux services disponibles à la résidence. Très bon accueil.

L'hotel est composé de plusieurs bâtiments, c'est très grand. La chambre était un studio avec une cuisine

Zimmer war groß

This Residence gives me mixed feelings. On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware. On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet) On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower. Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.

Was een ok verblijf. We iets beperkt mbt parkeren, naast het hotel is er een onverlichte parkeerplaats (erg donker). Verder was het prima. Ontbijt was niet gratis

Zimmer sehr sauber

Oda temiz, çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Gayet yeterli bir mutfağı ve içinde yeterli gereçleri vardı. Tek olumsuz tarafı hem çift kişilik yatak hem de koltuğun açılmasıyla oluşan yatak rahat değildi.ikisinin de ortası çukur.

Un magnifique appartement, propre avec toutescommodités. Le personnel tres agréable les filles de la réception très gentilles. Un hébergement a recommandé.

El desayuno estaba muy bien, el apartamento con todo lo necesario y muy tranquilo, el SPA genial y el personal del hotel muy muy amable.

Bu kadar temiz bir otel olabilmesine gerçekten çok şaşırdık şehir merkezine biraz uzak olsa da oldukça tatmini ediciydi

C'est confortable pour l'essentiel et l'équipement

La chambre était bien, propre, idem pour la salle de bain et le WC. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse était bien aussi. Dommage qu il n y avait pas une ou deux capsules offertes avec la machine à café, ni de petite bouteille d'eau. A l'accueil, elles ont été très agréables et serviables. Point réellement négatif: la piscine. Ça ne ressemble absolument pas à un SPA et l'eau est très fraîche.
