Parfait ! Repas, chambre, bain, tout est nickel

What a wonderful relaxing stay we had.. very easy to get to (we travelled by train from Osaka), and got picked up by Yokinosato from Yoro train station.

The stay was so nice! The stay incredibly kind and June Son our evening host was so lovely. Yoro is a beautiful small town located steps away from beautiful Yoro falls. This was just what my wife and I needed to relax between the business of the bigger cities.

Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up.

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful rooms with a fabulous view of Yoro and the valley. The food is some of the best I have had in Japan. The service also incredible. A five minute walk to gorgeous waterfalls and forest temple. And right on the trail to the Mt. Yoro hike. Spectacular. We cannot wait to come back.

Staff was phenomenal! Best service ever. Yoro was a great place to be!

溫泉酒店整體來說是不錯的，但因酒店員工不怎麼會說英語，所以有些時候會產生誤會

名勝・養老の滝に近く夜景が楽しめる高台にある、隠れ家的な老舗旅館だと思います。食事も料理長の高い力量が感じられる絶品の数々で美味しく頂きました。 気温が冷え込んでくる秋口で温度調節が難しいのか、部屋専用の露天風呂が少しぬるかったのが残念でした。

It's a very small onsen ryokan and so not crowded with noisy people. The public bath is a bit too small. The access road is a bit too steep and has to be very careful in driving.

Our stay at this ryukon was amazing. The service was excellent. We had a great time there and the hosts were very kind and very welcoming. We came late and they still provided us with service. This place is a must visit.

Extraordinary experience and exceptional service. This is a really special place, away from the city, with nature and great hikes. The dinning experience 1/2 board is an outstanding culinary experience. This was the best place and Japanese experience of our trip.

Amazing service, food, and views. Beautiful night views. Very relaxing and quiet. Lots of privacy and attention to detail. Food was exceptional. Lots of delicious seasonal specialties presented in artistically. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Perfect for Japanese foods connoisseurs. Probably best for travelers familiar with Japanese culture and foods.

Yuki no Sato is by far the best hotel I have stayed. Me and my friend at first just want to spend a night in a traditional Japanese Ryokan(旅館). Then we came across this one in hotels.com and immediately in love with it. I drove there all the way from Kyoto, with a stopover in Hikone along the Biwako Sazanami street. It was a really relaxing drive. The hotel offers a very nice Kaiseki dinner and breakfast inside a private room. It also has an outdoor Onsen for the visitors. Unluckily, it was raining in the next morning and we couldn't go to the Yoro waterfall. I really would love to stay in here again next time. P.S., I couldn't reply to the hotel's messages because I was driving and didn't check my email. I am very sorry and because of this, I think the hotel staff didn't know when to prepare our accommodation. 申し訳ありません.

旅館に着くまで道が狭くて怖かった。

お食事がとても美味しかったです。

コロナ感染対策のためでしょうか、又は従来からでしょうか、 廊下もすべて畳か絨毯だった😃 。よって「スリッパは使用しません。」との説明を受けたが。代わりにフリーサイズの靴下もどきを履くことでと、なりました。 部屋に戻ると、イチイチ靴下もどきを脱がないよネぇ。だからそのまま畳の部屋へ上がることになる。これって、スリッパで歩き回って部屋に戻ったらスリッパのまま畳の間に上がることを意味するので、何か違和感があったなぁ😅 スタンダード１０畳の部屋にはネットの写真カタログのような露天風呂が各部屋についていないのでは？😁 「ご要望に添えない場合も....」は確信犯くさい。 その他は概ね良好でした。
