Relaxing

Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.

Localização de sonho. Arquitectura e design literalmente “cinzenta” com interiores pouco acolhedores. Excesso de hóspedes provocou fila para o pequeno almoço (nunca vi num hotel ), e a piscina estava com muita gente e não havia espreguiçadeiras livres. Hotel demasiado grande que quando lotado prejudica a experiência

Just loved this hotel, it`s surroundings, the river, the landscape , the staff, the restaurant, everything was perfect. They are really committed to pleasing and serving the customer

Peaceful. Serene. Minimalist design makes nature the focus wherever you are in the property. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Our only feedback is to maybe toddlers into Raiva in the evening for dinner.

Perfect hotel to relax and enjoy as a couple, especially when using the spa facilities. The staff was amazing and making sure we were having a nice stay. The breakfast buffet was really worth it.

Magnífico y buen restaurante

Amazing views of river. Minimalist decor allowing one to enjoy the gorgeous nature surrounding the entire property. The spa, gym, swimming pools, sauna and steam room were spectacular. The restaurant had a 5⭐️ chef.

Très bel hôtel. C’est calme et reposant. La chambre était magnifique. Les restaurants étaient très bons. Le service était excellent.

Restaurant and spa staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to disconnect this is the hotel for you however it is tucked away and can be far if you are hoping for activities / visits outside the hotel.

Fantastic staff, Fantastic food and an amazing location. Property is very unique. Built right into the landscape with views of the river everywhere. Highly recommended.
