Hotel bien placé, métro ou bus à 2mn. Et centre de Madrid à 15mn. Parking sur place pratique mais un peu chère. Petit déjeuner correct. Un bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Location was fantastic but the hotel need to care about the cleaning of extra bedding in the room also the garage cleanliness, too much dust !!!! be careful your shoes and luggages when you are parking your car at the garage.

La ubicación y atención perfectos. Practicamente en la puerta del Metro!!. Solo tuvimos fallas con la puerta que por momentos costaba para abrir, pero con asistencia, se solucionó todo.

Clean room, friendly staff and in the center of Madrid.

Room was small and we asked for two beds and they gave us a full and a trundle bed with a terrible mattress. When we arrived it was during a heat wave and the AC was not on so our room was hot, it took eight hours to cool down. The toilet ran all the time unless you played with it constantly. They charged us over $200 per night and then told us at check out that breakfast was NOT included. We made a reservation at the same hotel for one night one week later and it was $130 per night, same mid-week stay but seventy dollar difference. The room key-card often didn’t work. I really felt taken advantage of. The staff was ambivalent to rude. I never felt I could ask for help, when our key-cards didn’t work they gave us new ones and said “yes they never work, good luck”. Thanks? Same price as the Ilunion but not nearly as nice.
