Lovely pool area , good attentive staff

Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende des etwa 4 km langen Strandes und ist hier etwas ruhiger. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Es hat zwei Poolanlagen. Der kleinere Pool war angenehm ca. 28 Grad jetzt im April (Luft ca. 25-27 Grad) Der grosse Pool war frischer, aber man konnte drin baden. Der Indoor Pool ist nicht kostenlos, und man kann ihn max. 1.5 h benutzen. Der Fitnessraum Ist kostenlos. Wir hatte zwei Superior Zimmer mit Pool und Garden View. Das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schön - für mich hatte es zu wenig Früchte. Es ist korrekt. Das Personal ist nicht so schnell, aber man ist ja in den Ferien. Am Ostersamstag gab es am Strandrestaurant ein sehr feines Oster-Lunch-Buffet mit einem riesigen Salat- & Dessert-Buffet, frischen Fisch und die feinsten Delikatessen. Es war genial. Der Chefkoch Jacques Reivo gab alles. So ein Buffet haben wir noch nie gesehen. Das Hotel kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Really appreciated this hotel and especially the staff. The staff were very friendly to my family and me. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are pretty awesome. There are so many to thank. But special thanks to Manar (housekeeping) and Mohsen (lunch restaurant). They really try to make your experience unique and customized to your tastes. Very professional. You can tell they are professionally trained. Also the executive chef was extremely nice. Always stopping by and welcoming us.

An absolute heaven and paradise ... Pure escapism .. surrounded by beauty, serenity and a tropical oasis .. the design is just out of this world. Pictures do not do it justice ... So much more stunning in person. But credit where it is due, the level of customer service is 5000 out of 10 :) Yacine and Hassan were so lovely and welcoming from the second me and my 10 year old son arrived. The energy of the people who work here, like everyone has said, you can tell they truly care about your experience. The staff always have a smile on their face, it really made the stay top notch. We only stayed for 2 days but will stay for longer next time. During the evening the hotel completely transforms and you can forget all your worries and the hustle of life back in London. Did not want to leave. Highly recommend the tapas restaurant which was outstanding. The gentleman serving us was so lovely and helpful ; wish I could remember his name. Thankyou so much for the best time. P.S they have a gorgeous black cat Sophie that is well looked after. My son was very excited to see her. For any animal lovers please do bring treats for her as I will do next time :)

Lovely location. Greta service for Bfast and in the bar. NO HOT WATER in the morning. Not a great start to the day. Struggled to get hold of th front desk. When checking out they were quite relaxed about my issue. That was my only disappointment.

We had a great time at the Sofitel, the hotel is stunning. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. The room was absolutely amazing.

Very nice and clean and spacious, nice gardens balconies and very close to the beach.

Generelt ok hotel, personale har mangelfulde sproglige kompetencer, servicen ved poolområdet er elendig og stort set ikke eksisterende. Generelt givet hotellet langt fra en 5-stjernet oplevelse til den pris.

Special thanks to the pool staff especially the lifeguard Mustapha Zinedine. The waiters are amazing especially Rachid & Simohamed & Khadija. Khalil public relations as well and Fatema at the reception.

Amazing stay at this hotel! Service and staff were welcoming and so helpful at any time. I will definitely be coming back!

We had 3 rooms and all were inconsistently cleaned. Staff at check in and reception were not welcoming. Food was totally overpriced at restaurants at the hotel.
