The staff is amazing ,very lovely and helpful especially the staff at the door! However, I find the property to be in very poor conditions. There were moldy floors in the bathroom and the pictures advertised did not match what we saw upon entry. I did not expect to literally stay inside the mall. Felt a bit cramped. The WiFi was great. Sometimes the shower ran cold. And the toilet paper was too rough for me! Ouch. The pillows were too hard. The pool was okay. Safe to say it’s great if you are just resting your head for business but not very relaxing for a vacation.

Las intalaciones, atención y personal super bien

En el hotel todo bien pero creo que estan mal colocados los señalamientos en el estacionamiento quede super lejos me perdí

Buen lugar por el precio que pagas la alberca un poco descuidada pero solo eso te ofrecerán un day pass en la playa con la condición de compra de un paquete vacacional si no estás interesado no pierdas tu tiempo

O hotel é muito bom! Muito bem localizado, muito limpo e cheiroso; tem uma piscina e jacuzzi no terraço muito boas. Todos os funcionários muito cordiais. A questão de você só conseguir subir apenas para o seu andar com o cartão de acesso, traz uma sensação de maior segurança. Bom Wi-Fi. Faltou apenas um café de manhã incluído e fez muita falta um frigobar no quarto. Ah… falta também um varal para pendurar as roupas de banho. Os travesseiros também eram bem ruins. Mas no geral recomendo!

I thought the Hotel was less than 5 miles from the Hotel Resort area. NO. The costal Hotels are a good 15 miles away. I paid $80 in cab charges the first night. It is cheaper to stay in a $200 hotel and walk ! ! !

Amazing! Great location. The room was amazing! The staff amazing! Even left some things in my hotel room and they had it on the side ready for me to to pick it up! Great stop High recommended, pool/ jacuzzi was great as well!
