The staff was amazing. Very helpfull and kind. The bathroom smelled (shower, sink, bidet), we let the staff know and they tried to fix it but it didn't help sadly. Also the airconditioning was very weak. The room stayed warm so sleeping was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area was unpleasant but it was close to the center which is nice. The room was also very small.

Our stay was only one night however, the hotel was very clean, and the room had all the essentials. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We walked to some of the larger attractions nearby and enjoyed a cute brunch spot just a few minutes away!

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Terrific breakfast but limited seating. Not necessarily a problem if you let them know when you would like breakfast. Central location across from a study hall in the university quarter but there were drug dealers operating at the end of the block. Police were every morning but the dealers returned in the afternoon. We felt uncomfortable.

Rossini is both in an excellent location, near the university and food districts and historic center, but a little bit away from the noise, and blessed with very attentive and thoughtful staff. We will return.

Helpful staff. Great breakfast. We expected a better area. Lots of crime and rowdiness.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, clean and modern. Laundry was available but very expensive. Breakfast was terrific, with custom made coffee drinks and a nice buffet, as well has hot dishes to order. Our only issue is the surroundings. Very noisy and youthful university area that is rocking and rolling 24 hours per day. While we never felt unsafe, the street right outside the hotel is dirty and graffiti laden, and often smelled of urine. It seems to be an area that the hotel has built in expecting a resurgence. I hope it happens because they are really good. If I return to Bologna I will stay more centrally downtown.

Unfortunately, the pictures online got us excited but upon arrival we were very disappointed! The lounge had 4 chairs and they served drinks until 9:30. The location after dark is down right scary!!!

The hotel is located a bit off the beaten path. The one block you must travel to the main area is a bit suspicious. However, overall we would rate the hotel well. The staff was good and the room itself was far better than you expect walking in. They miss little things such as helping guests with luggage'. Solid 3.75-4.0 star hotel

Et fantstisk lite og koselig hotell midt i Bologna sentrum. Kort vei til alt. Litt «dodgy» området, men service og selve hotellet var helt supert. Litt småirriterende med luft-friskere i stikkontakt, men det overlevde vi. Ungene var i ekstase da de så det lå sjokolade på pute da vi kom tilbake etter middag. Service og vennlighet til de som jobbet der var helt suverent!

The hotel is ok not a 4 star hotel I would say 3 star is pushing it, the staff was very nice, rooms were small free breakfast was nice, overall it was fine the area around seemed unsafe there were homeless everywhere and doing drugs. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.
