سوء تعامل موظف الاستقبال للفترة الليلية عدم إدراج الإفطار رغم دفع قيمته في الحجز

Booked with breakfast but no breakfast Reception not willing to help Industrial area Wouldn’t book again unless on business

I booked with breakfast and t the hotel saying it is without breakfast, called expedia, they say that it is with breakfast, Hotel reception is very rude, i do not recommend

The guest arrived after midnight and she was told that there is no room for her. and the hotel is fully booked because arrived after midnight!!! keep in mind that her flight already landed to Riyadh after midnight. So, our feedback on the stay, is not available since we were not granted it, also, we blacklisted the hotel from our list. also, we might looking to reserve our hotel rooms for the employees through different booking web page.

I booked it with breakfast but when I arrived to hotel there were no breakfast They asked me to pay more than 13 € per day for breakfast while they haven’t this value for food offered even...!

Poor internet and the air condition noisy and very cold, the staff are friendly

The hotel is in a very remote location, the facilities are ok , the gym is very old and not good equipments . To be improve

فندقي المفضل دائماً

فندق ممتاز وهادىء بسعر بسيط واعتبرة خياري المفضل في الرياض وهذه المرة الخامسة التي اقيم في هذا الفندق الجميل, ولي ملاحظه بسيطه جدا وتحفظ على الغاء الفطور الخاص بي مت قبل الفندق مع ان الفطور مشمول وموجود في ايميل تأكيد الحجز الذي وصلني من هوتيل دوت كوم, ولكن هذا لايقلل من جمال وراحة وهدوء الفندق

حجري كان مع الافطار وفوجئت ان موقع هوتلز مرسل بدون افطار . اول مشكله لي مع موقع هوتلز

فندق نظيف ومرتب وانصح به . والأقطار لذيذ ومنوع . طلبت من الاستقبال احد القنوات الرياضية وأفاد بأن القنوات محددة وهذا شي غير جيد .

يجب عليهم الاهتمام باعادة ترميم دورات المياة واعادة توزيع الانارة في الغرفة ودورة المياه
