Great staff

Non fatevi ingannare dall' entrata piccola è un po' squallida! Le camere sono molto belle, l' arredamento è confortevole e tutto è pulitissimo. Buona colazione e ottima posizione in centro città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Top marks to the concierge on duty who was very pleasant and very helpful to all the guests, very nice man, nothing was to much trouble for him. The room was clean and adequate. Unfortunately I like a hard mattress and this one wasnt, also the noise all night from the air con unit outside all the windows when guests turned on the heating.

Staff were pleasant and helpful , Room was clean

The location is excellent but the hotel is basic. The room was small with old furniture. The shower is very good. The main issue was the small window overlooking all the aircon units and with the noise they make, means zero sleep!

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This hotel was perfectly located in the center of where we wanted to be. The staff was amazing, warm and very friendly. I would not know what to say as far as how to improve this hotel.It is just perfect.

Excellent location, close to attractions, amenities and not far from the train station. Daily housekeeping. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff (no problem getting a kettle). Very clean room and although it was right in the old town, it was really quiet. Only downside was the breakfast. Very limited options and ran out of Earl Grey tea on our last 2 days. Disappointed not to have hot options like scrambled eggs. Next time, I’ll book without the breakfast and assess the situation when I arrive as to whether to just pay daily for it or eat elsewhere. I would 100% recommended staying at this hotel.

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville historique. L'option de parking est très utile. La personne de la réception à mon arrivée était très aimable et attentive; la personne le lendemain ne l'était vraiment pas (moins une étoile).

Staff very helpful and professional. Hotel in a great location. Quiet area at night. Single room but quite spacious. Cons: Bed okay but not overly comfortable. Towels were old, thin and scratchy.

The room was clean and compact, all staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was the window blind could not be opened fully, and I missed fresh air....however the price , location and staff more than made up for it.

Good hotel and great location.
