I chose the Pay now option and it did not Pay, instead it held the booking on a 72 hr payment Schedule which never landed up paying the hotel at all and guest on arrival had to pay upfront for the night and I had to do a separate payment for the remainder of the stay Very annoying. really created complications. I dont have these issues with any other hotel. Staff are also not very friendly.

Central location in Capetown uber to V&A needed Car parking extra per day and space limited Overall an Ok hotel. Nothing outstanding

Stay was rejected as Payment was made on Hotels.com for the stay yet hotel said they didnt receive payment. I didnt receive any communication from either hotels.com nor the Tulbagh advising payment hadnt gone through

We enjoyed staying at your hotel very much. Your staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the unlimited internet. I highly recommend this affordable and lovely hotel.

Como pontos positivo saliento a limpeza e o espaço do quarto , muito amplo e confortável. O atendimento da recepção também nota 10. Como pontos negativos: o café da manhã ;assim como os atendentes do restaurante, podem e devem melhorar muito. Outro ponto negativo é a localização, apesar de não estar longe do Waterfront , a frequência nas redondezas do hotel são péssimas, muitos pedintes e área bem deserta. A noite, nem pense em sair à pé.

Das Frühstück war gut. Für jeden etwas dabei (von süß bis herzhaft). Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten eine sehr angenehme Größe. Leider waren die Fenster nicht so dicht, so hört man noch viel von der Straße. Die Aufzug neben unserem Zimmer war außer Betrieb. Ein Restaurant hat der Hotel nicht, dafür kann man dort einige Snacks (Pommes, Sandwiches, etc. ) bekommen.

The property is not well cleaned and managed they have a good location but very badly managed place

Bon séjour. L'hotel est situé dans le centre de Cape Town même si les environs directs manquent un peu d'intérêt. Bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Nel complesso carino, anche se: nel bagno, così come in camera, mancano ganci per appendere asciugamani e abbigliamento. Il bagno in realtà è enorme, con un sacco di spazio inutilizzato. In camera c'è la moquette. Il letto è un po' troppo molle. La colazione non prevede bevande calde espresse (caffè, cappuccino, cioccolata, ma solo filter coffee).

The Hotel was fantastic we enjoyed the stay, It was Clean and the staff was friendly. we are happy that we choose to hotel.

Wasn’t expecting the hotel to be in bad shape. Although, it got the job done for the one night I stayed there and customer service was great. We also ended up paying for a shuttle ride arranged with the hotel, which showed up perfectly on time. I would highly recommend Joseph. He was extremely kind, gave us some cool information about Cape Town, and was overall a great driver. A+ Joseph. Thank you and the hotel front desk for all the help!
