The check in staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The room was neat and tidy. Would have loved a toaster in the room.

Receiption staff not good. I request staff m feeling not well so please allow me check in little early but reception staff can’t understand my concern even the room is available but she didn’t give me a room so for me it is very bad experience at that hotel.

Fantastic location for airport flyout or fly in, easy and very comfortable after a long flight, great meals, this hotel has every think you need.

Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes took great care of my mom, my aunt, and I as we visited Australia for the first time! Check-in and check-out were simple as the employees were attentive. One of my fondest memories during my trip was talking to the front-desk ladies about Australian snacks and tourists spots! Lovely people and hotel

Good quality for price

We were happy with our room but were woken by noisy housekeeping staff. Also it shouldn't take up to 10 working days to refund a security deposit. Other places i have been to have taken a card imprint without actuality charging your account, dont know why the same practice isnt followed here.

🤩 ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! A true hidden gem of the western suburbs ( Melbourne) My boyfriend and I will definitely be staying at the beautiful accommodation again 😊 would 0 recommend! ❤️

It was close to the airport- thats the main reason we stayed. The room was lovely and we ate in the hotel restaurant. Service was quick and they had seniors meals.

Very modern and well presented, staff were friendly check in was easy. Little bit of road noise, as our room faced the highway.

The room smelled like mold and reception staff including duty manager did not acknowledge the smell and refused to change room. Will be requesting full refund.

Easy to park and very secure. Nice and quiet. Would like to see a bit more range on the in-house menu though please. Very reasonable for the price.

Great value for money. The gym facilities are excellent. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were also great. Would recommend if you are looking to stay near to the airport, it’s much better value than the airport hotels

I have to give the highest compliment to the cleaning crew. They went above and beyond - The place was spotless. Overall very comfortable hotel and extremely satisfied!
