Fantastic hotel and location. Good parking space also, with possibility to charge EV. Loved the town. Everybody where so helpful and friendly, not only in the hotel but the village.

Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves.

The location was excellent and they had a private parking lot. I was missing proper shampoo, conditioner and shower gel instead of all in one.

Beautiful building in the perfect location. We had an enormous room, beautifully appointed. Bathroom was spotless. Really enjoyed it!

Un peu déçu de la taille de la piscine, du hamman qui était non fonctionnel et du petit dej un peu cher pas compris dans le tarif mais sur le reste ça aller 👍
