Super Frühstück, top Lage!

Staff were really friendly. Slightly further out from the main locations than I anticipated but a metro just 200 metres away.

very accessible from Hauptbahnhof Hamburg. The concert venues are within walking distance. This hotel is just on the edge of the Reeperbahn strip and is quiet. the Bus stops are very close to the front door.

Das Frühstücksbuffet punktete mit seiner Vielfalt sowie dem frischen und geschmackvollen Angebot. Ein gemütlich-köstlicher Start in den Tag... Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Parkplätze sind auf Nachfrage möglich. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Hyvä sijainti ja lähellä U-bahn asema jolla pääsee liikkumaan ympäri kaupunkia. Julkisilla helppo tulla lentokentältä. TilavA ja rauhallinen huone. Hyvä sänky, tyyny ei minun makuun. Maistuva aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneen lukituksen voisi uusia nykyaikaiseksi kortilla toimivaksi, nyt perinteinen avain.

Jaarlijks een prima accommodatie

Good location. Close to metro. Great breakfast. The beds were tiny, though. I nearly fell off during my sleep. I could also hear everything from adjacent rooms. Not particularly comfortable, but fine for my short stay.

Wonderful breakfast, very efficient staff, easy checkinand out. Recommendable.

Very nice I would recommend it to anyone who wants a non-expensive hotel in Berlin.

Dejligt værelse, godt lydisoleret mod vejen, gode senge, god varieret morgenmad, meget søde personaler, gratis parkering, god beliggenhed både i.f.t. metro og dejligt kvarter.

Es war, wie immer, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

I arrived for check in about 8pm. The staff were very friendly. There is a small but perfectly functional bar. I was very impressed with the array of art work on display around the hotel. The room had everything I expected for a room of this class. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the big selling point for me. I’ve had far worse breakfasts in far more expensive hotels! All the bases covered. Cereals, hot option (really good scrambled eggs!), pastries & cookies, cold meats, cheeses, fruit. I went to Berlin for an event at the Huxley’s Neue Welt. The hotel is opposite the venue, and very easy to access on the U-Bahn. I intend to return to Berlin and will certainly look to stay at the same hotel.

Excellent and substantial selection of fruit, breads, cereals, juices, yogurt and meats

The overall experience was average. The breakfast was very good, which I appreciated. However, I had booked a double bed but was given a single instead. Also, the room was not cleaned after my first day. I don’t mind that, but at least I could have been asked. While these details were disappointing, the stay was acceptable. If you must be in this area, the hotel is fine, but if not, I would suggest looking at other options.

Like MOST of the staff. Many seemed stressed out or mad. GREAT breakfast. No trash cans to throw away trash--except the room. ALWAYS need strong lights. Great shower. Noisy fans. Will be back!

Clean and very functional hotel. Breakfast (and breakfast room) was great!
