Lovely clean friendly guesthouse . Nothing was too much trouble . Lovely cooked breakfast with lots of different cereals . Lovely couple. My grandkids really enjoyed it

From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay. Place is spotless and very very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were immaculate and a decent size. Lounge and bar area comfortable with board games for kids. Well stocked bar and the cocktails were lovely! Thank you Andy and Jo for a lovely stay. We will be back thats for sure!

Room was spotless. Jo & Andy were welcoming and friendly, made us feel like we’d known them for ages. Breakfast was lovely. If we visit Blackpool again, we would definitely be returning to this B&B. Highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable and sizeable room for a B&B, Full English breakfast and other options was great, Location is fantastic for all three piers and tram connections. Communications with the owners was great who organised parking for me. Will be looking to book again soon

Excellent B&B - we would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. We stayed in family room 6, which was perfect with our young family. The room was spotlessly clean, and the provision of a fridge with complimentary bottled water was a great touch, especially for families. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and provided an excellent breakfast on both mornings that fuelled us up for the day. Nothing was too much bother for either of them. A real find amongst the numerous B&B's and gueshouses, I'm glad you had a room available!

Little thoughtful extras like children’s plates, bowls, cutlery etc at breakfast. Makes being away from home a bit easier!

We stayed 4 nights, two adults and two children. Excellent breakfast, everything very clean and Joe and his husband are lovely and very friendly and attentive. Only positive things to say, we will return without a doubt. The location is perfect to walk everywhere.

Myself, my fiancée and our 18 month old stayed over for 1 night. We were Met by lovely hosts Jo and Andy (and their daughter), nothing too much trouble. Hotel in the centre of pleasure beach and the tower so easy to walk anywhere else tram stop at the top of the road. Hotel room was clean and tidy love the little touch of water and chocolate biscuits on our room. Breakfast was delicious Would recommend this hotel, I scanned the internet for somewhere to stay and this was by far the nicest and we weren't disappointed. Great value.

I have been visiting Blackpool for a number of years, and this year we stumbled across The Rossall House, and We can say with our hands on our hearts The Rossall is the best hotel I have ever stayed in by a country mile. It's exceptionally clean, extremely well presented, the food was excellent and the owners Jo and Andy could not have done anything else to make our stay any better. We can safely say this is the only hotel we will use when we visit Blackpool. Other hotels should take a leaf out of The Rossall House.
