Great stay

Renovated property looks great. Convenient location close to riverside walking trail, a city park, and the hospital. Unfortunately the bath tub drained slowly when showering, allowing the water to accumulate for several minutes. Also, the air conditioner was fairly noisy. Overall, a nice hotel.

Uitgifte van kaarten tot toegang van de kamers werkte niet maar werd door de receptie goed opgelost, werkmannen waren op de gang bij aankomst nog bezig maar waren om 17.00 uur weg. Kamer was prachtig gerenoveerd 👍

We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and it's convenience to town and a close walk to the river walkway.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast selection was super. The property is currently being renovated and the reno crew had a parking lot party on the back of their truck with loud music and louder voices directly outside my window. Needless to say it was a long, loud night.

Staff was friendly however hot tub was out and property is undergoing updates/construction with work vehicles right outside our room.

Our room was VERY nice, just recently renovated. The continental breakfast was the best we’ve ever had.

Very friendly staff. No dining option on site but close to restaurants. Lovely to have breakfast included..Comfotable beds and pleasant room.

The room is clean, the desk clerk eas very friendly and helpful providing restaurant recommendations. The hotel is unsergoing renovations and is a construction site- lobby full of ductwork and mechanicals, promised hot tub out of service, patio courtyard (what our room patio opens onto) full of stacks of old toilets, missing outlet covers. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and a breach of contract. Also, there is nothing "Riverside" about this hotel. It is highwayside.

This was ok need a up date BUT IS GETTING A FACE LIFT WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

The property was going thru major renovations while we were there, and the rooms are kinda small, but the rooms were clean. The hot tub and exercise room were under renovation and not available while we stayed there, which was a bummer for us. My kids enjoyed the park and swings that were next door. We really enjoyed the complimentary Continental breakfast. It was well stocked and the breakfast lady was very nice and helpful.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing was that construction is going on and access to the gym was not available. However, it was explained that completion is late and staff were apologetic. Clean and nice size roooms. Will look great when renovations are done.

Property will be very nice once the construction that Expedia failed to mention is complete. Thepeople couldnot have bernnicerand the breakfast area was quite nice with hot food choices of eggs, sausage, potatos, waffles, and pancakes.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit voor hotelovernachting, uitstekende bedden, goed ontbijt, airco was luidruchtig maar je kon raam openen.
