It is a dorm in the campus of the university. The cleanliness needs improvement. The shower is good and the bed is ok.

It was nice to have two rooms and sitting area. This was great with small kids so we could put them to bed and still have an area close by if they needed us. The rooms were tidy and the beds worry surprisingly comfortable.

It’s very well priced but two bedroom.. could be cleaner but overall okay. The signage is not great for checking in and there was no staff available. Had to wait around to find someone and the number in the email doesn’t work to reach anybody

It was nice and clean property. Girls at the front desk, Sofia and Fatooma, were very kind, friendly and courteous. Like to recommend this property to others as well.

Good balance of cost to value for summertime in Sudbury

Overall, the room worked for what we needed. It did have sheets, blanket and pillows for both beds, towels, full fridge and microwave, plus air conditioning and free wifi. The negatives we found was the noise in the room, the echo was insane and you heard everyone in the hallway, and a lack of a broom. These made the room so much less comfortable than it couldve been, especially for multiple nights.
