Property has been slightly updated. I was very impressed by the location! Ocean front property at a reasonable price. The room had a kitchen for those who like to cook on vacation! Living and dining area was very nice. Bedroom were spacious only negative was the it didn’t have a mattress just the box spring and memory foam padding . The bathroom was ok outdated but everything worked as it should. I did pay extra for ocean front view. It did disappoint as you would have to stand and stare out the window to get a view from inside or stand by the door. Outside the door it did have a nice outdoor area but no view if you were seating. The walk to the beach was short, along the was they had a beach toy box and an outdoor rinse area. The property provided lounging chairs and umbrellas for the beach so you do not need to bring your own. The pool area was nice I didn’t go in the pool as it was kept too warm for me. They also had a putt putt area. Over all the property was great at a great location and near restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely book again but would not pay extra for the ocean front view unless it’s on the second floor.

Well worn but clean, staff friendly. Deadbolt in door didnt work. Great location close to beach. If you've been to Jersey Shore and stayed in many of the hotels there, this will remind you of them. No frills but definitely worth the stay

This property is not what the pictures display. Checked out after two nights, there was mold in the bathroom. We went back to Del Ray Sands, we never should have tried something new.

Lovely location and staff. Building need a little work but nice in size.

Very spacious rooms and amenities, but the rooms could do with some upkeep. Very accessible pool and oceanfront, pleasant staff, easy parking.

The staff was so accommodating. We arrived at 7 they left us keys. They also let us stay later than checkout since we had a late flight. Also went out of their way to find Prilosec for my friend. The entire place was soooo clean. We had an amazing time. I don’t want the secret of this place to get out

We had a wonderful time at Delray Beach Breakers. The apartment style unit was comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen and was right on a beautiful stretch of beach. If you like old Florida charm this is the place for you. We will be back for another birthday trip in 2025.👍👍

A property in need of some maintenance and refreshing, but its location directly in front of the ocean makes it one of the most appealing spots for those seeking stunning views and easy beach access.

Needs updates badly. And PLEASE get new TVs.

The unit we stayed in was disgusting. When we first arrived at 5:30, the main office was already closed. Check in was at 5. Then when we got to the room, it was dirty and some kind of pet hair all over. The bathrooms were falling apart and there was mold all over. If we had another place to stay, I would have left immediately. Thank goodness we were there only 1 night. Even the cable box was hanging from the wall. The remote was sticky and dirty. The fridge was loud!!! It was all we heard all night. I reached out to the front office and told them and all they said was that they appreciate the feedback and that they will do a deep clean. They should have done a deep clean for us. Yuck!

Location is great. You need to check with the hotel about their internet before booking
