Very friendly staff, great location, central to many Uber drivers and taxis if u want to go exploring in Lebanon. Near, supermarket and other many diners, and the telefrique (which is great). Compared to other properties in Lebanon, this place is pretty good.

It is conveniently located to walk around and explore Jounieh.

Excellent stay at the Reston. Booked initially for two nights and extended for another five nights. That should tell you all. Very friendly and competent staff. Beautiful little garden with swimming pool. Definitely a place to return to.

Gutes Hotel, grosse, bequeme Zimmer. Anfängliche Buchungsdifferenzen zwischen Hotel u Hotels.com konnten mow bereinigt werden, allerdings nach einigem nachhaken. Da viele Flüge früh morgens ankommen bzw abfliegen müsste früh check in bzw späht check out angeboten werden. Hier wurden uns gerade mal 2 std gewährt, was wir als sehr negativ bewerten. Ansonsten Service ok. Umgebung ruhig, daher ok.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, staff are very nice, the hotel looks very nice from outside and lobby is nice but Rooms are very basic. This should be a 3 star rated hotel not 4 star. Good advice on excursions from front desk but when their own taxi took us on an excursion he was driving through areas and not stopping. Which was a shame as we missed a few photo opportunities - he was in a hurry to go home.

Man hatte kein Ausblick auf das Meer, wie man es eigentlich gebucht hatte. Es wirbt mit ganz dingen die das Hotel überhaupt nicht bietet. Es hat kein Whirpool wie sie es eigentlich werben das jedes Zimmer eins hätte. Es gibt keine Fenster im Zimmer. Die Toiletten sind sehr oft verstopft. Dan sollten wir extra Frühstück dazu zahlen obwohl es dazugebucht war. Für ein Bett mussten wir extra bezahlen obwohl es dazu gebucht war. Sehr schlecht. Würde es nie wieder besuchen.

This hotel in the middle of night life area , not good for families or someone with kids. The WIFI was not working at all , you are able to connect with no internet access , i call the front desk and they give an excuse that the internet company fault, they need to fix this. This hotel provide an escort services , no idea where is the police or enforces to take care of that , again this hotel not good for families or a person with kids.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, they grant us direct free upgrade once we arrived, staff where very cooperative and friendly, services are proffisional, the location is very good and near to all activities you meed in Jonieh👌

The best stay for this country close to all ammenities would stay here again coming back in September
