Loved it

Definitely affordable! But as always, you get what you pay for. PROS -Conveniently located -Affordable -Pleasant staff -We didn't spend much time in the room during the day, so it was adequate for what we needed— a place to sleep. CONS -Front office not staffed 24/7. Our bathroom sink was clogged. It wasn't bad enough to need immediate attention, but there was no one to report this to in the office when we checked out. The remote to the bedroom also didn't work; again, not something that bothered us but it would've been nice to be able to let someone know. -Cleaning not up to par. Room had a musty smell. A deep cleaning of the carpet and upholstery may help with this. Doors and sides of appliances could use a wipe down. Floors were sticky (possibly from cleaner that hadn't been diluted properly?) and carpet was stained. Sheets had stains. -No utensils in the kitchen. -While the room itself was nonsmoking, other guests smoke in the courtyard below. The area under the stairs seems to be a popular spot, so it's impossible to escape the smell.

Love it and plan to be a bit longer

We liked the affordable suite that included a mini kitchen. The inner courtyard trees and porch veranda added character.

Great value, spacious rooms, great location, fantastic and helpful staff.

The room was fine for a place to sleep while on a long trip. I don't have any problem with the hotel aside from the fact that there were dirty dishes in the sink from whomever stayed there before us. If you're used to Hampton of Comfort Inns, this is not the stop for you. For the price, it's fine--a place to sleep.

Great place to spend the night. CLEAN QUIET Staff was exceptionally friendly I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is a little dated but it’s clean and safe.

While we only stayed one night, the place was a bit dirty - stains on couch and pull out, dead fly on window sill, and, overall, seemed a bit rundown. However, the staff was very responsive. Gave us more clean towels and sheets/pillows for pull out. The bed in bed room was comfortable. For the one night we needed, was ok, but would not stay there for an extended amount of time. Overall, was dirty.

Mike was very helpful

The rental had cobwebs and dirty walls. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the remote was sticky and there were holes in the bedding.

The room was clean and spacious and with kitchen and laundry made our stay very enjoyable

The price is worth the stay. It could use some deep cleaning. It wasn't dirty. Everything was good except the sleep sofa. When we opened it there were food and wrappers and it was dirty. I will be staying again. The good was way more than the bad.

Manager Mike was amazing. I left my keys in my room and he was available after midnight to make me a new set.

It was fine for what we needed, which was a place to sleep for the night.

The room was overall very clean. But the little German Cockroaches showed their faces too many times. The furniture was so old and worn I didn't even sit on the sofa. The outside door lock was broken so I had to go around to the front to even get inyo the building.The smell was the worst! It had the smell of a room that has had pets or smokers in it and they used a room spray to try to cover it up. All my clothes, and luggage smelled so bad when I got they went directly into the washing machine. The hotel has so much potential with all the space but it needs a huge update!

It was good. Great value for the price.
