La habitación muy bien en general todo

Everything was perfect

The room was ok and comfortable. However, due the rooms don't have A/C, the street noise bothers a lot until well passed midnight. My last night there was impossible to sleep. A bar downstairs at the street had people singing all night along, until 4:00 am.

Sehr zentrale Lage am Hauptplatz, schöne moderne Zimmer mit Badezimmer, gutes Frühstück freundlicher Service. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

el personal , es acogedor, la ubicación y el desayuno. Recomendaria mejorar la ducha que se moja tiodo y poner aire acondicionado fui en Nov y habia calor

Arrived at Hotel the front entrance was barricaded with large stickers from the government saying Hotel closed down , we knocked on the door the people inside saw us and they wouldn’t open the door to let us in someone came outside from another entrance and took us through the back entrance of the hotel . No lights were turned on in the hotel. The restaurant was closed down The bar was closed down We were told we have to order room service and eat in our rooms.. the reason I booked the hotel because it had a nice restaurant overlooking the town Square but it was closed down permanently. Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance. If everything was closed down in the Hotel the restaurant the bar the Jacuzzi no lights front entrance barricaded with confronting stickers from the government.why are they even allowing people to book the hotel?? I want a refund
