The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City.

It’s a really elegant hotel, but the location is full of homeless and mental illness, if I had to guess I would say a lot of crime happens close to this location. Just be prepared!

Room was clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance to venues in the Power and Light district. Car valet service was efficient. As with big cities, significant number of homeless in the area. Our television did not work. When the desk was told they said there was not maintenance staff to fix it. No attempt was made to compensate us in any way for the failure of that amenity.

Very convenient walk from event center for concert. Nice place. Over all good stay.

Gorgeous and swanky stay

The rating would have been excellent, but it all got let down on the last night with both a half day Wifi outage that also took out the TV so allowed no in room entertainment. No offer of alternatives given. Also to top this a client wedding turned into a ruckus of crying door slamming and shouting to 1 am.

Didn’t like that you had to pay extra for internet.

Nice hotel.

We liked everything about the property with the exception of not having hot water most of the visit. We were told that the older part of the hotel, where we stayed, has hot water issues occasionally.

Could have used a microwave in the room otherwise amazing stay!!

Great stay. Nice hotel. Very close to TMobile center and Power and Light District. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Attended basketball at T-Mobile Center. Was an easy walk.
