The location was perfect in my opinion. On the main street right near the bridge to the old town. The old town is too inconvenient and touristy and crowded for an extended stay (I was there for a week), so I was glad to be just outside of it. The hotel could be reached by taxi or tour van and there are many shops and restaurants along this stretch. The hotel has a modern appearance and some comfortable chairs out front, like a front porch, which is a nice touch. On the other hand, there were certain negatives. Although the reception staff was always helpful and cheerful, the rest of the staff was much less so. The woman at breakfast seemed to loom judgingly as I selected my food, as though it were coming out of her salary, and the room cleaners were always a bit annoyed. They were also not very efficient and although they came in the room almost every day, they worked haphazardly. The elevator broke down after 3 or 4 days and was still broken when I left. The shower was cheap plastic and narrower than necessary. The TV only sometimes worked and then very badly.

Hotel bien situé pour ne pas être trop loin de la cité historique. Possibilité d'avoir une place de parking privé. Bon petit déjeuner. Tarif convenable.

Breakfast pretty basic and no boiling water for tea. Our room had the tiniest shower I’ve ever seen and the sink was cracked. Curtain pull did not work and curtain hooks were missing. No bedside lamps. The staff were friendly but the hotel is tired.

O hotel se apresenta no site Hotels como um hotel de 4 estrelas, mas os serviços oferecidos, o quarto, o café da manhã e o estacionamento não estavam à altura de um hotel 4 estrelas. O serviço da recepção estava disponível até um horário limitado à noite (22h00/22h30). De fato, nos foi entregue uma chave para a entrada do hotel. O estacionamento para os carros era acessível apenas pelo pessoal do hotel, que se encarregava de pegar ou estacionar os veículos (o estacionamento era limitado a apenas 2 carros em uma ladeira inclinada). Nem todos os funcionários estavam aptos para realizar essas manobras, e o pessoal qualificado nem sempre estava presente no hotel... Eles precisavam ligar e chamá-lo de outro hotel da mesma propriedade. O quarto apresentava vários problemas, como: porta com fechaduras antigas, janela com tranca quebrada e, portanto, não bloqueável, banheiro inadequado, espelho do banheiro parcialmente destruído, descarga do banheiro não funcionando corretamente e o sistema de drenagem exposto. O café da manhã era muito simples, com itens principalmente embalados, e o que estava no buffet não era reposto quando acabava. O elevador estava em mau estado e frequentemente a porta ficava presa, abrindo apenas depois de algum tempo.

Room was very nice, but small. I am not an extremely fat man but I could not turn around in the shower :D There were not many plugs and all were hidden behind furniture and all 3 pin "Italian" plugs so we had to buy an adapter. The view from the trerrace at breakfast was wonderful.

Keine 4 sterne würdig. Viel zu enge Dusche. Breakfast nicht gut geschmeckt. Eigentlich eine mittelmässige 3 sterne hotel
