Good breakfast, clean rooms and when weather is nice the pool is really great.

My room was clean and immaculate. I stayed three nights and didn't need the services of the cleaning staff as I wasn't around during the day, but a fresh bottle of water was placed outside of my door each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I stay here every year around April and will be coming back again next year.

Da kamer en vooral de badkamer was proper. Het schuifraam naar het balkon had een verschrikkelijke pieptoon bij het opendoen, deze kon was olie gebruiken. Het personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Chambre confortable et personnel serviable. Cependant les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un Ibis Styles standard : les lieux communs ne sont pas propres (ascenseurs, piscine). Quant à l’espace détente (piscine, sauna, hammam) tout était très sale (dans les vestiaires, mais aussi dans les douches le sol était vert et glissant à cause de la moisissure, et il y avait un mouchoir laissé dans le hammam). Même l’eau de la piscine est trouble. De plus les règles ne sont pas respectées : il y a toujours des enfants après 20h et des gens viennent avec leurs vêtements et même leurs chaussures de l’extérieur ! Enfin, je ne dirais pas que cet espace permette de se détendre car c’est extrêmement bruyant et il n’y a pas de personnel de surveillance et d’entretien. La salle de sport manque d’équipements. Pour le reste, le parking de l’hôtel est très cher (18€/jour) et l’accès est très étroit. Mais nous avons apprécié de pouvoir louer des vélos à l’hôtel (11€/demi-journée).

Very friendly staff who were happy to help us out with our bikes. Good beds and rooms. Anything you can expect from Ibis.

This hotel is completely overrated and way too expensive compared to the quality it offers. Adding fees for parking your car and additional cost for breakfast make it even more expensive.

Excellent location for catching the tram into Bruges or walking to the beach. It was very busy with a holiday weekend, lots of guests, & a private party. They were very short staffed & at times the staff were running. Be sure to ask how the lights work before heading to your room.

Une seule carte pour une chambre de deux personnes. Chambre disponible avec 2heures de retard 17h au lieu de 15h 10h la femme de ménage fait irruption dans notre chambre alors que le départ était prévu à 11h Chambre vendu avec vue sur le port, mais vu sur un cabanon désaffecté

Op zich net hotel, maar beddengoed mag wat beter. Lag er wat slordig bij. Kamer verder prima, ruim en schoon. Wel plukken haar van het wasmachine in een van de handdoeken gevonden. Dit controleer je toch voor het opvouwen!

Alle benodigdheden in de kamer. Fijne douche, veel ruimte. Een beetje aparte concepten, maar verder oké.
