Mi habitacion no tenia aire acondicionado, llamamos a las 2 am al front desk y el sen̈or con mala actitud vino y puso su mano sobre la rejilla por donde apenas salia aire diciendo que el aire si funcionaba, el hotel queda centrico pero las habitaciones no son sonorizadas se oye todo, absolutamente todo..No te hospedes ahi si lo que quieres es descansar

Excelente hotel! Muy bien ubicado, limpio, super buen servicio y la habitación super espaciosa. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

The Hotel it self was very nice, room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast I was very disappointed they charge you 15 euro's per person and it was terrible they shouldn't charge anything for what they served so I would not recommend it

The hotel and room was very clean. The welcome drink was nice and the front desk staff were great. Breakfast bar was good too. Locations is nice with bus stop across the street direct to the airport, near a metro stop to get to the Barri Gotic area and a walk to the wonderful Park Montjuic and the night time Magic Fountain display not to be missed. I would recommend this to anyone.

It is cute but very small. The AC is not really good. Rooms are tiny. Good for 2 people not more. No bar on site.

The only issue I have is the sound proofing. You can clearly hear people talking from the next room.

Easy to get to and close to so many landmarks. Breakfast and the coffee were amazing. We reached the hotel a few hours too early (expecting to drop-off our luggage) but managed to check-in almost immediately. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and kind!

The Good The staff were genuinely great. The hotel is well situated in Eixample, putting you within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. A fridge in the room was also a convenient addition. The Bad The room was extremely compact — almost claustrophobic. Toiletries were very minimal, barely enough to get by. Breakfast was disappointing, and with no kitchen facilities on site, simple staples like eggs weren't even an option. Most notably, the hotel advertises a gym that simply doesn't appear to exist, which was frustrating and felt misleading.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Arco Barcelona Hotel. The property is just a few steps from Plaça Espanya, which makes it a great option if you want to be close to everything without being in the busy areas of Las Ramblas or the Gothic Quarter. The access to and from the airport is extremely convenient, as you don’t need to cross the entire city to reach El Prat. The staff was very friendly, the room was bright and clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely a very comfortable and well‑located place to stay.

Exceeded expectations. The staff was very welcoming and lovely, we were able to check in early and accommodated our room preferences. They were very helpful with recommendations of things to do and very prompt with every request. Safe area and great to be away from the hustle and bustle, yet still see a lot of great things going on. Very close to multiple metro stations and nice neighborhood! Highly recommend and would return to this hotel.
