The hotel is conveniently located near stations making it very easy to get around. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful when I needed anything. The room itself was great, however I didn't realize there would be no shampoo or conditioner (I didn't bring any) so that was less than ideal but I was only staying for a couple days so I purchased small travel bottles. Overall, it was very quiet and I enjoyed my stay here! Lots of great places to eat nearby!

It would be nice to have a coffee machine or a teapot for a week. Nice drink.

We only stayed one night, but found the hotel to be very clean. Rooms were furnished sparingly, but comfortable. Staff was great. Hotel is located in nice part of the city and very close to. eateries and shops. We would stay again.

Foram 5 dias bem hospedados no Hotel Arco. Uma boa escolha. O checkin foi fácil e rápido. A Localização é perfeita, perto de tudo e do Metrô. Quarto excelente, amplo, limpo, andar alto, como nós solicitamos. Uma banheira excelente para relaxar. Quarto silencioso, apesar de estar situado em uma Avenida muito movimentada. Cama superconfortável, travesseiros e roupas de cama novos e limpíssimos, proporcionando um sono excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom, com opções de alimentação de muita qualidade. Frios, pratos quentes, frutas, bebidas, pães, restaurante amplo. Precisa melhorar o atendimento dos funcionários no café. Os elevadores são novos, não há congestionamentos apesar dos muitos hóspedes. No último dia, fomos surpreendidos com a antecipação do horário do checkout, diferente do que adquirimos na nossa reserva do Hoteis.com. Acredito que o atendimento da recepção precisa melhorar. Foi um período muito bom de hospedagem.

LOCATION!! My rating for this hotel is for its location!! It has a lot of bus stops close by and 10 min walk to the train station and mall. The front desk staff was ok. We had issue with our AC which would stop working ecerytime we left the room even ifwe didnt remove the key card from the slot. And lot of times our calls were not picked upso we had to run downstairs asking them to fix the AC. The breakfast is a very standard continental breakfast and if you are vegetarian, its cereal, fruits and breads. Overall it want an unpleasant experience but nothing over the the top either. It was good to have accomodation for 3 in one room with 3 beds.

The stay was pleasant. Very clean and excellent staff. The breakfast decent, could have been better. The coffee maker only makes extremely strong, bitter coffee. Wish they had some basic coffee.

Can’t complain for price

The breakfast was very good. I was given what appeared to be a mobility accessible room and it was very spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. The downsides: no coffeemaker in the room, nowhere to hang a wet towel, and the HVAC fan was noisy.

The hotel staff were attentive. Room was cleaned.
