Convivial host, comfortable warm room, efficient shower in the en suite, very satisfactory over all.

2nd stay. Only 50 feet from beech and the Esplanade with bus stops etc and the shops

Great communication with the owner, not so with hotels com. 2 streets away from the beach. Very quiet area. No parking outside but free parking 5 minutes walk away.

Owners lovely. Single room at top of house. Small room. Shower/toilet ok, although could do with somethings being replaced as rusty, & shower hose could do with a good descale & shower head needs descaling, Small shower cubicle but ok. Bed a little bouncy but ok. Good location, near train station & town centre. Nice to have kettle in room.

Location not bad. Car parking 15 minute walk away.guest house smelly, room should be £20 per night not £70. Need a massive refurb very poor quality. Plenty of other places that are stunning and worth checking out. This was the only thing bad about our stay in Weymouth.

It was really good, great location comfortable and the host was so helpful and friendly would definitely go again. Great valuable and a lovely quiet break. Neil was very welcoming and knowledgable.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly we turned up early and he was fine with it. Deffo coming back again the rooms got everything u need in there bed was comfortable 😊

Lovely friendly couple greeted us and checked if we need ed anything made the effort to come out and say good by and wish us satmfe journey couldn't fault it people some times judge my son as he has autism but was not even questioned here absolutely superb

This is my second visit to gleneagles and another great experience.Neil was a great host. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The accommodation offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Situated very close to the beach front and town centre. I will be returning for a third time next year.

Excellent value for money. The property is slightly dated but the room was ultra clean and the facilities were great. The owners are really friendly and I couldn’t fault the location! A short walk to the railway station, sea front and town centre but still quiet.

Friendly owner who apologised for this but the WiFi was really not working so I had to hotspot using my phone Also a lot of very noisy seagulls very early every morning! I realise the hotel cannot be faulted for that! Otherwise it was a great place to stay for the price!
