Nous avons été accueilli par David, qui a été adorable, accueillant, nous avions pris le dernier shuttle pour arriver. Cétait parfait. La chambre était propre, confortable. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement Merci

Food was terrible at the restaurant, the breakfast was very average, the service was poor in the restaurant, front desk was just ok, the only person/staff that gave us helpful service was the cleaning lady.

The hotel is great. The room is really nice but we are on floor 3 and it’s just so noisy. Banging and clattering from below, traffic, deliveries and a mega phone going off from approx 6.30am so really not good. We can’t get a room higher up due to renovations.

Vom Personal über das Frühstück, die Bar und das Zimmer war alles perfekt. Alle sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Auch das Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen habe ich sehr geschätzt und war perfekt.

Hello , hotel staff especially the reception staff not coperative at all , even after reporting any issue they just ignore and i didnt feel they are helpful , instead they seems to be arrogant especially mr felipe , quite rude
