The staff was very nice

We were very pleased with everything from location, staff, cleanliness of the building and room. The breakfast was excellent. We will continue to praise Hampton Inn is the place to stay. Keep up the good service and thank you.

This is a basic, standard hotel. The rooms are appropriate. The public areas are kept clean, there's coffee out all day, and the staff are polite. Two things to consider if these matter to you. There are chairs right out the back door and so smokers congregate there and you will walk through smoke at certain times of the day. And the breakfast is really not good in terms of hot food, with very watery eggs. The rest of the breakfast is standard.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel while vacationing in Pigeon Forge.

We booked this room for 1 night. I made sure pets where welcome. We arrived to check in and the hotel wanted 75.00 dollars to let our dog stay. I refused to pay this extra fee and told the clerk to cancel my stay. He said that will be 75.00 dollars. No where on the website did it say there was an additional charge for the pet. Had there been something telling this I would have had the option of not reserving the room. As it is, I lost around 158.00 dollars. I feel like I have been ripped off.

Loved the Hampton! Wonderful place to stay , close to everything, clean and comfortable! Very Quiet rooms, The only thing we didnt like , In the bathroom , wasnt a fan, for Venting the steam from the shower, couldnt see the mirror! I loved the Shampoo, and Conditioner, right on the wall there if needed, in shower!! Thats a Plus! My family would stay here again, Very nice Staff.. if we needed anything for the Room, the staff was fast to give us what we needed! Good Breakfast, lots of choices! I Really loved I could get a cup of coffee anytime! Thanks for the free Coffee :)

I was impressed. Easy to get to. Parking was plentiful. Sitting areas were beautiful. Breakfast was great. It was clean and staff were very nice.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean hair on floor and bathtub the breakfast was okay. The hotel didn’t have room service. Their were no towels when asked and the shampoo and conditioner in the room were empty. Only one guest washer and dryer and they smelled. Great location, outside looks so pretty was disappointed in hotel.

Overall good hotel. The only negative was the hot tub was not working while we were there. That was disappointing.

Parking area in rear is to dark, We didn’t feel as safe as we would have at the hotel next door with their very well lit parking area.
