Desk staff very helpful, nice and friendly, room very comfortable.

Hotel works if you’re only staying a few nights. I was there a concert at the Hershey Park Stadium this hotel location was perfect if you’re attending an event there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was ok it wasn’t uncomfortable.

It was a fine property for just a quick overnight. Way overpriced at $200 for the night. Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. Rooms were long and spacious and beds were comfortable. But only 1 usb plug and many of the regular outlets just didnt work. The furniture is old and chipped. The tv is insanely small. A corded phone - they still make those? The remote also loooked like it was from the 80s. The bathroom had no shower gel and poor lightning. The hallway carpet is gross and stained and the walls are paper thin. Our Window looked out at the peak of the awning - the corner of the gutter. Luckily the window opened some for some fresh air but no view.

Hotel was clean, easy check in/check out. There's a bar and grill which is walkable next to the tractor supply with great food and atmosphere.

The hotel was clean our room was spacious, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very friendly plus it is located in a convenient area, not far from Hersheypark and other attractions, all at an affordable price. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s our second time at the hotel. Front desk was amazing. First room was conveniently on the first floor for my kids to be able to be at the pool and be close to the room. But the smell of mildew in the room was overwhelming. We were immediately assisted given a bigger room for the inconvenience. Location is close to Hershey Park and other stores and restaurants if needed.

The breakfast was filling. The staff was very polite. We will be returning.

I had never stayed at SI&S before and was here because of a soccer tournament. Over all the room and hotel were clean and I particularly appreciated the individual amenities in the rest room. I will not use the soap and lotion ,shampoo containers in many hotels these days, just seems unsanitary to me. Often have to go out and purchase. the reason for 4 stars on some was that the shower stall itself needed some maintenance. Would stay again if traveling

Nice quiet place and the area has a lot of store.

Rude staff, room was filthy, ants in room, moldy bathroom, pool was dangerous and dirty.

Just okay, for the price I cannot complain. We only spoke with staff during check in and check out. They seemed friendly and we had no problems. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of shelf space in the shower. Again not a big deal but it was strange. Pool is also smaller than I thought it would be from the picture but my children enjoyed it.
