A great w/e in a super location.. throughly enjoyed our time at the location and totally recommend a relaxing high end location!

The room was lovely, the staff were amazing . We were made so welcome by everyone we will definitely be coming back.

The property is in poor condition and in need of a refurb. The cleanliness also wasn’t great. There were water marks in the bathroom shower and sink and the shower tray was grey. The grout was also brown and silicone. The pipes smelt in the bathroom. Pillows were not comfortable. The bottom of the pool had some small tiles missing which meant I hurt myself. The salt sauna ceiling - one of the ceiling panels is falling off. Also a lot of brown grime around a lot of the pool amenities and jacuzzi. Overall poor condition and areas neglected which can be bad for safety.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! staff were amazing spa treatment area girls were amazing, a massive thank you to them THANK YOU !!!!!! Amazing!! The restaurant staff were amazing The food was almost Michelin star and I would highly recommend this resort. The whole experience for us as a couple was five stars and I will be going back shortly

Very relaxing spa , great selection of treatments food was amazing also had a great selection of drinks at the bar.

Lovely staff. The entire hotel/ spa needs a serious upgrade especially spa area.

The facilities were very good and the staff we encountered were all great. It was busy at times in the spa, with just enough space to be relaxing. We enjoyed our morning visit to the spa more than the afternoon. Nearby Frinton beach and high street was worth a visit.

Internet was Good, clean rooms nice shower, staff were ok bit stuck up, breakfast was basic nothing amazing...no omellets. Spa was amazing.

Very well appointed and clean modern room, comfortable restaurant, excellent breakfast and interesting dinner menu.

No space at the pool , steam room not working, The whole spa and pool area are very tired looking as was the hotel not worth the money Only good bit was the food

Despite mentioning it to reception during the stay the bottle of wine promised was not delivered. The place was pleasant but not honouring the terms of a booking leaves a bad taste. I can understand an oversight but if I mention it at reception and they still ignore it there’s very little positive things you can say about customer service.

The room and food were very good, as were the staff, but everywhere was very cold. The swimming pool was stark, utilitarian and lacked any atmosphere. Walking around the hotel, I was reminded of a student's halls of residence. If you want a specific spa treatement, then it would be great, but if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy a swim, I wouldn't recommend it

Restaurant and food was amazing

Spa was over crowded far too many people no beds. Place was cold no heating on. Sauna was warm not hot and steam room not on and when was not steamy

Clean room and spa, nice staff bar and reception, beautiful gardens. Was booked last minute as we were unable to travel home and stayed the next day for the spa. Would 100% come again :)
