Im fine with reusing towels...doing my part for the environment but did i miss somewhere in the small print that no housekeeping would be done. After a long day of sightseeing we came back to our room to inmade beds and lasrnights supper garbage.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms.

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent to deal with. Hotel had a partnership with restaurant next door for breakfast - an excellent way to offer the free breakfast.

I found broken glass on the floor in the bathroom. I found a fake nail outside the bathroom on the floor. There was barely enough shampoo & conditioner to wash my short hair. There were crumbs all over the bathroom floor. There was long dark hair in the bathtub. There were 7 clumps of scotch tape on the ceiling in the bedroom. The pillows smelled through the pillow cases. So disappointing it was once a property where guest rooms were spotless. Not anymore!

The hotel is very clean and in great shape. Could use updated internet plugins

The TV did not work properly. Poor picture including going fuzzy at times. Room was not cleaned/replenished between nights. I’ve machine did not work. No coffee pot. When this was brought up the front desk lady just shrugged it off.

Very clean and lovely staff. Our only disappointment was that the free breakfast was at a the restaurant beside the hotel and was limited in what you could choose from.

Extremely nice staff, clean and quiet room. That's all that's asked when travelling for business. Creston is a beautiful town, the people made it that much better. Gave me a room away from everyone and I worked in peace, buffet is closed during the winter season so they set up breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. Great service. See you next time!
