Excellent!

Definitivamente uno de los mejores hoteles en este viaje familiar por Costa Rica, el personal es muuuy amable, desde la recepción, cocina, barman, meseros, jardineros, vigilancia, todos!!!!!! El hotel hermoso, unas vistas increíbles y super bien ubicado. Muy cerca del centro, restaurantes, plaza comercial, farmacia, todo lo que puedas necesitar. 100% recomendable!!!!!

Phenomenal property and staff. Cannot recommend more highly. The sunset views were incredible and the staff made my family feel like family.

The grounds were very well maintained with lots of flowers. Very quiet with some trails where we could see monkeys and other animals. We had a great view from our room on the top of the property. Staff was great, location was close to everything we wanted to see.

The property was very expensive versus other similar properties. The staff was mostly unhelpful and the food was below average, particularly breakfast. Only one dinner dish- the octopus was excellent.

The staff were super friendly and helpful especially the front desk clerk, Ilene. The room was spacious and the grounds well kept and beautiful. Short walk downhill to center of town. Walk back up will burn up dinner calories. Also had a little visitor to our area. See pic.

Great stay at Fiscus. Restaurant had fine dining and staff very helpful. The sunset view from the room was incredible. Parking is available at the lower lot, however, the hike to our room was strenuous for us 70 seniors. Would have enjoyed a dresser for our clothing as we stayed 4 days at Ficus, but we made due without. Great bird watching from the balcony. A hiking trail adjacent to the property was a real plus! Overall, would recommend this hotel most definitely!

The view was amazing and it was a quick walk into town for dinner and shopping. The service was wonderful.

Spacious rooms and well maintained. Property is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good. Service was great with very friendly staff. A bit on the expensive side and not sure if it is worth it.

The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating by providing excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located close to all of the restaurants and many of the points of interest. The hotel is very walkable but is at the top of a little hill so, wearing appropriate shoes is important. Very comfortable hotel and even had a smart TV in the room which allowed us to watch Netfix in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The views are stunning, and the location is convenient to many locations in Monteverde.

The restaurant with a wonderful view of the landscape was very nice. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious.

Great service, great view, close to town and Monteverde Cloud Forest. Happy Hour at The Fig Restaurant was a great deal and the breakfast buffet included stay was well above average.

Wonderful place in the heart of the forest and Monteverde. It’s an easy choice !

It is a good hotel. But for the exorbitant amount the hotel charged per night, i can’t say it was worth it.

Well maintained, nice views of the Pacific from the room and dining area; good breakfast. Would recommend.

Hotel is nice and located close to restaurants and shops. Overall our stay was good except that I was cheated for getting the garden view rooms (#221 & 222) while paying for the mountain view rooms. The mountain is behind our rooms so they are not "Mountain View".
