We enjoyed our stay here and was conveniently located to the tube

I had seen some complaints about this hotel beforehand calling the street-facing rooms noisy and the rooms themselves way too cramped. I can say we didn't have either of these issues, and instead had quite a nice time at the Blades Hotel! The room we had was definitely on the smaller side per person, but we were able to fit four people into three beds without any issues. We also didn't notice any noise or lose any sleep despite being in a room with a large window facing the road. Besides that, the Pimlico area was lovely and we enjoyed the many local restaurants and parks. And the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a nice hotel, great if you would like a straightforward place to stay in a nice neighborhood while still having easy access to major London attractions.

Every thing is fine

Staff were superb! Attentive and accommodating. Bed very comfortable which was a bonus after a long day out and about. Great location close to transportation and sights. Room is small but very comfortable. Not a concern as spent most time out exploring! Great price too. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The place was good

It‘s a very old victorian building, therefore you will hear walking and talking, or when others shower. However the area is perfect if you want to explore the city, and on the "quiet" side (bring oropax or noice cancelling earphones) . London is very walkable and connected through the tube. The excellent staff and comfort of the Hotel make up for it‘s imperfections. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location for walking or trains. It’s nothing fancy, a rather small room, and a little quirky because it’s in an old townhouse, but clean, very amiable staff, and affordable! We would stay again.

A localização é muito boa, perto do metrô e de vários pubs e restaurantes. O quarto é confortável camas e travesseiros bons, um pouco escuro, ficamos no quarto dos fundos. Fomos no verão e tinha 2 ventiladores mas sao bem pequenos e de pouca potência. O chuveiro é bom mas a pia é bem pequena e estava encardida no ralo. Não tem área comum, não tinha nenhum lugar pra pegar água gelada, filtro ou algo parecido. Tem chaleira elétrica no quarto. Wi-fi é instável e a televisão bem pequena com o sinal ruim também, travando vários canais.

If you’re looking for an economical place to stay (especially for one person) this place is great. Safe area, loads of character, walkable to everything Westminster, it was cute and clean (the bedding and pillows were great, made of cotton not gross polyester!). It was perfect.

Buona posizione, vicino e fermate metropolitana Pimlico e Victoria, in una zona tranquilla con ristoranti, cafe e supermercati. Manca ascensore, non c’è aria condizionata e le camere sono davvero piccole. Ma alla fine del soggiorno, grazie alla cortesia dei proprietari e dei dipendenti, è anche grazie all’estrema pulizia, posso considerarmi soddisfatto

A nice and excellently situated hotel. Room was small (as advised) but perfectly suitable for me. Impressed by the lack of noise in my room even with the window open.

Easy walk from Plimlico tube. Staff pleasant -stayed two nights and room cleaned in between. On top floor which may cause access problems for less abled. Room was small which just accommodated double bed. On-suite even smaller -required acrobatic flexibility to use! Relatively quite for London, and I suppose relatively inexpensive ? (£125 a night is not good value in my opinion)
